Best tanning salon of any I have gone to over the past 20 years. Always clean, always quick. And every employee has been smiling and friendly! Don’t have a single complaint. Keep up the awesome customer service and atmosphere!

The girls that work there are always so sweet and helpful. I enjoy being able to just walk in and it never being an issue to fit me in on my lunch break! I would recommend this salon to my friends.

Staff are great. Always upbeat and quick to get to customers at the counter. Rooms are nice and clean. Experience is wonderful.

I’ve tried many many places for spray tans, and I’ve settled on them! The workers aren’t super nice (kinda hit and miss on whether they’re nice) but that’s not really a big deal for me. I haven’t bed tanned here, but I have figured out I like the Versa spray tan machine better than the other one. It lasts a little less time but it’s less orange on me. Also Versa will not clump when coming off, as the other one does. Overall a good experience and priced decently.

Got tanning package for my birthday at suns up and the people were Rude and the beds SUCK! Came here instead and they were all super nice. I got great color quickly and enjoy every visit, always have beds that are clean and open and employees are super sweet.

It an ok place. Had good and bad service. Depends on employee that is working some are more flaky than others. I do get sprayed tan here a couple times a year because location is convenient

My favorite tanning place! Love that they do not make you sign and contract and do month to month payments, never had a problem with them.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Palm Beach Tan. The sales girl was knowledgable and able to answer all my questions about the beds and membership packages. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a large parking lot with reserved spaces just for tanners. And they offer product suggestions but aren’t overly pushy about it. I will be back!

Ashley was super helpful even though alot of customers were coming in. I’d never been in before. I am so glad I signed up for unlimited red light therapy. They have the best bed, and I’m so energized after my session!

Going in to this salon is like going into the girl’s locker room in a High school. The employees are giggling in the back room, running around, on their phones and completely unprofessional. I have been into this salon multiple times and I was completely ignored because the «employees» were too busy laughing in the back.
I also purchased a 3 pack of spray tans and I was never informed that they would expire after 3 months until I called one day to ask how many I had left. The girl on the phone told me they had all expired and that it was «weird no one told me» when I purchased them. They definitely should let their customers know if a package will expire so that the customers can actually use it.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to this salon.

Horrible service — not sure what the heck has happened since when I originally joined– def considering canceling my package within the month. Rude, unprofessional and not worth the time or money.

Their Mystic Tan machine is the new version, where you do quarter turns and it air dries you. I have a large package of spray tans. I went in for the first time in a year last week and they were super friendly. My tan lasted for a few days and looked really good.

For a salon in NW — the prices are cheap, the beds are clean and they have parking. That’s pretty much all I’m looking for in a tanning salon.

I highly caution anyone from going to this location at Bridgeport. I agree with all of the reviews on here. I noticed, as one other person mentioned, that after I cancelled my membership I was still being charged for it. I signed the form saying that I wanted to completely cancel (not remain on stay and save), but they continued to charge me. My other issue involved the Versa tan. I also had the experience where they did not put anything in the booth and it sprayed nothing. I had to go out to the counter to have them fix it, and this was after being harassed my extremely pushy sales at the front desk. My third issue is that I am supposed to get the FREE boost when I do a spray tan, but the girl lied to me and charged me four dollars. It wasn’t until I went to another salon that I was told this was NOT true. I am going to contact the owner of this salon and complain. Fourth, I was sitting in the front room waiting for my mystic when I overheard a customer ask if she had to come in every month to remain on «stay and save». The clerk dodged the question and told her she could come in every month to tan and it would be reactivated. This was not what the customer wanted to know, and it took her asking another time to get a clear straightforward honest answer, that NO you do not need to come in every month to remain on stay and save. She was being told this so that they could rope her into more sales. I found out that this particular salon is franchised, not corporate, so although they are supposed to follow the rules, they clearly do not respect their customers, but are just there for the sales. I also feel that the people at the front desk are very rude and superficial. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON or if you do QUESTION EVERYTHING. They try to deceive you.

So we’ve moved to a location that isn’t within convenient distance of a PBT. I went in to my old location to cancel my membership — sad, but necessary. Well, I realized a month or so later that they were still charging me. I attempted to contact their corporate office for a «real» cancellation and a refund, but no response. So, I’ve had to initiate a dispute with my bank. And I STILL haven’t heard from them! Not so impressed with this company anymore.

I have had endless issues with this place. In agreement with one of the previous reviews, it is run by very young UNprofessional girls. The only reason I go is because they have the only Versa I can find in the area.
Issue 1: The first time I went in, I asked for the darkest spray tan, one of the girls asked me repeatedly if I was sure and when I said «yes» the final time, she rolled her eyes.
Issue 2: I bought a tanning package of 6 spray tans. It was to expire within 3 months of being activated. The lady I bought it from said that I could activate half at one point and the other half at another time and that she would leave a note on my account since I wouldn’t be using all 6 within the 3 months. When I used my first tan, they activated all 6 and when I confronted them at the counter about it they said I would need to speak with the manager who was not in at the time. So I called in, spoke with the manager who told me there was nothing they could do because it was something in their system they couldn’t change.
At this point I’m extremely frustrated…
Issue 3: I give them another chance and go in. I am standing *naked* in the versa and it blows nothing but air (and a few uneven squirts of spray) on me! So I get dressed, go out and explain the situation to the girl at the desk. She comes in, restarts it and tells me it’s good. I get undressed again and it does the same thing! I get dressed and go explain the SAME thing… she comes in and finds out it’s out of the spray lotion! HELLO! Even though it was working fine the THIRD time, my tan was not even at that point…
Issue 4: I was really pressed on time, but I got in and was really anxious to get on my way. The versa isn’t working! I get dressed and go out to tell the girls at the desk. While spending 10 – 15 minutes of trying to figure the machine out, they decide to call their manager, who DOESN’T answer. Not to mention the employee is making comments like, «she never answers when you need her». OK… well, this is no help to me. After about 30 minutes, we finally get it running again.
At this point I refuse to go over there. I WILL NOT buy a package from them. They have received way too much money from me for the service I received. I hope they read this and improve their customer service because I will be telling everyone about my experience (s) here.
My friend has a girlfriend that works at another tanning salon, I’ll now be going to her or another salon in the area.
Improve your game ladies. Not impressed the least bit.

With regard to having something stolen, I want to add that I forgot to put my nice watch on after a tan and called back a few days later when I realized what I had done. They had it for me. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Don’t watste your time. This place is run by young unproffesional girls who try to lure you into spending a fortune to tan. Thumbs down!
