Service here is consistently friendly enough and relatively speedy. The food is inconsistent though– fried rice is sometimes delicious, sometimes flavorless, and the chicken dishes may or may not have much spice to them. The chicken and calamari have both been incredibly over-breaded(the calamari literally looked like Cheeto puffs last time, minus the fake orange color).

My fiancé and I eat here once every few months but tonight was an exceptional experience. The food was flavorful as always but the service was phenomenal. Our server, Dakota, was on point! Her friendly attitude made our dining experience an even better experience than normal.

This is one of my favorite places, for a chain. The service is impeccable. The food is rich in flavor and always consistent. It is not the best place for small children but they are welcomed.

Great service both at the bar and hostess area. Unfortunately, much of the food was barely edible — pork dumplings needed to cook more(very doughy), ahi tartare was buried in spices and heat, all meats were badly overcooked. Our daughter’s gluten free dishes were very good though, she was the only one of us who was happy. The butternut squash dumplings were good, only thing I’d order again — and we ordered a ton of different dishes last night!

Years ago this used to have good food, but the last time I went it was way too sweet. When I asked what I could order that didn’t have sugar in it I was told«nothing». They told me that everything had sugar because that’s what the American palate wants. Not this American.

Would like to comment on the actual food but after sitting at the table for over 10 mins not one person came to take our drink order or to even let us know they’ll be with us soon so we just got up and left.

My friend suggested PF Changs for happy hour. I was reluctant because we did not have the best experience for dinner several months ago. With a party of 7 we waited a few minutes till our table was put together and ready. PF Changs has a unique happy hour menu than you typical bar fare. You know fried this, fried that. Of course Changs has their share of fried items also but it is different. Most items are actually on the main menu but happy hour is on a smaller scale. It is a great way to try many items on their main menu this way. We had two different checks for two parties and when I asked our server to separate them he said he had already done so. When I got the bill for my party of 5 I honestly thought it would be a lot more and asked our friend if they got charged for something we ordered. Everything was billed correctly. Can not wait to go back.

Restaurant is decent but don’t get to go food I guess. We got a $ 15 order of orange peel chicken on a to go order that I would be upset with on an airline.

It’s chain. Everything is generally A-ok. I have had better food and better service but I have had a lot worse. Not authentic in anyway but you can count on a consistent product. And who doesn’t love PF Changes lettuce wraps?!?

I love PF Chang’s. I could eat the crab wonton dish every night. Our food was so good. The service is great. Mother’s Day the gave me a gift bag, and a rose. Last night for Breast Cancer Awareness month the horses out front were draped in giant pink ribbons. Are bill was brought to us in a brandy snifter with a pink ribbon in the bottom of the glass. The wait was a hour half long that was the only bad part.

The restaurant had great food, service, drinks, and decorations but unfortunately the place was too loud. The very loud gaggle of middle aged women at the table next to us had a great time and we heard every word of it between the shrieks and the chortling but unfortunately it was quite difficult to enjoy the company of my date. Good news was that where we were seated the bench curled around the table so we were able to sit next to each other to have any hope of hearing our own conversation. My take — if you’re looking for a place for the coworkers to have happy hour, this is the spot. If you’re looking for a nice atmosphere for a quiet date, look elsewhere.

Whoa… what a disappointment! After the Bridgeport concert last night, we decided to grab PFChangs! We were excited as we haven’t eaten there in almost a year. We ordered our favorites! The portions have shrunk, the prices are up… but the worst part of dinner is that the food just missed the mark! Not nearly as good as the PF Changs that we were used to. Sorry to say, we won’t be back. Zài jiàn — 再見/再见 (Goodbye in Chinese)

I have been to this location at least three times in the past few months for lunch with my wife. All of those times have been just about at their opening time and each time we were seated and attended to very quickly. Each time we got the staple items, Hot and Sour Soup, Lettuce Wraps and then some entrées. No problems at all with food and their service for their lunch seating. I can’t give five stars only because their entrées in comparison to other traditional Chinese restaurants do not quite hit that flavor or texture expectations I have. If you have a chance to hit them up for an early lunch and want a relaxing little meal, give them a try.

I’m not a big fan of PF Chang’s simply because of the heavy use of sugar. In the«Eat this, don’t eat that» app from Men’s Health. They get a very low D+ rating. The restaurant ambience is awesome. The place is beautiful. The food is very good, but not in a healthy way.

Upgrading my score to 3 stars. Have been back a few times mainly because family members like this place and want to go. I think I have learned what to order. Stay away from soups and appetizers… had Korean BBQ chicken and a salmon dish this time, both delicious. Mother in law had salt & pepper shrimp, very good. Had to take off a couple stars for service issues. Waitress nice enough but not much personality. We ordered a California roll as an appetizer and right away on the first piece I saw a big hair… gross. Brought to her attention and her response was«well we all have hair everywhere so it’s gonna happen sometimes.» Lol. Umm ya ok. Agreed but that’s not what you say to customers. Roll was replaced and we weren’t charged for it, but waitress needs to work on customer service skills.

Has anyone ever been to a good P.F. Chang’s?(Or a good Cheesecake Factory*? But that’s a different story) This PFC branch is more or less the same as any other. It’s freezing inside, the food is just alright, the booths are massive and awkwardly crescent-shaped. Dishes ordered: Thai spring rolls, BBQ spare ribs, kung pao chicken, stir fried eggplant. Thai spring rolls: For a $ 7.50 appetizer, I expected something at least a little substantial. Nah. I got two wispy spring rolls, which were then each cut in half. They were so lightly filled that I can’t remember what was in them. Something something basil. BBQ ribs: Good flavor, but drenched in sauce. Kung pao chicken: Plenty of chicken and cashews. Lots of sauce again, but the best dish of the night. Eggplant: PFC, I know you know eggplant loves to absorb oil, so why :(This dish was oozing oil everywhere and each piece of eggplant was heavy from being laden with the stuff. However, service was wonderful! Very prompt and kind. Thanks! *If you have been a great one of either, hit me up

After my last review(which wasn’t great) I received a message from the manager and was given an email credit to come back for a better experience. We brought some family with us and had dinner with a group of five. Service and food was very good, back up to their old standard of awesomeness. All were happy and we enjoyed our food and experience. I especially loved my seared ahi salad and will be getting that again. Thank you Tawnya!

Unfortunately the girl that seated us was not very friendly. When we had asked for a booth she took us to the cafeteria seating and proceeded to tell us that all the vacant booths we saw were reserved. We would of waited but she wasn’t having that either. The experience was a bit like being herded. The peppered beef and cashew almond chicken were tasty as usual.

We tried PF Chang’s for the first time today with a take out order. It was an absolute joke. I got Kung Po Chicken for $ 11.75. I would say there was less than 10 chuncks of chicken(I posted a picture in the photo section). Mongolian Beef was $ 14.00 and in a container with rice and a few slices of beef. I would have let the portion size go if the food quality wasn’t equal to Panda Express. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

I can’t deny it, I may be a Chinese food fanboy but I still love Chang’s despite the americanization slant here. The sauces are very good and that’s half the battle or more with Chinese food. The Kung Pao Chicken and Sesame Chicken are my favs but everything is pretty good. It’s just a bit pricey for the portion size, but if they used pasture meat I wouldn’t care. Service was good here and I really like the décor/atmosphere at any Chang’s, darkish, Chinese art, lots of stone and wood. So the only thing to complain about is the crowds as it is in a mall and can get busy here but it’s worth the wait for tasty meat and veg served up in a slightly non authentic style but who cares, it tastes good!
