DO NOT GO HERE Tym and Say where great help getting us in to a car yes. but the next day the enigen light came on took it in for fixin under warrenty. And some asshat put my wife and kids in a ford tauras not even 5 hours go buy and the car overheats and starts smoking really bad the BOY i called and talked to was verry rude called me and my wife names told us we wher tesponsibleif any thing happens to the engin and proceeded to be rude and volger. The next day day 5 after the deal go in for another loaner and they say the deal is off and gave my wife back the land rover with A FLAT TIRE THAT SOMBODY caused on purpous probbably because the words that whete exchanged the previous night about the un safe ford tauras loaner

SCAM ALERT — These people demand your personal information before you even get a chance to look at anything on their lot
If you pick a car off the lot that you like, they tell you it has already been sold and offer you anything else but that one.
Will not tell you prices. They want to trap you in a room with paperwork and «See what they can do for you». Why don’t you just tell me the price? Let me see for myself.
They reject cash business. If you don’t need financing, suddenly nothing they have is for sale.
These are not honest people.

If you find a Craiglist add that seems a good deal, be aware that their good deals are broken cars! I didn’t even consider buying their car when I turned it on and drove it, but my fiancé and I wasted time to go checked it out. The car was described as «good condition» on Craiglist and nothing was mentioned about having issues that needed repairs. When I turned it on, the car’s engine didn’t sound quite right. The service engine soon was on, the «urgent transmission service» light was also on. When we drove it, it was clear that the transmission needed a lot of work and that the engine was also not good. The salesman kept saying: «that’s what you get for that price» and just wanted to convince us to get financing to buy a newer car. I’m sure not going back to that dealer anymore.

Horrible, they are liars they sold us a car called us two weekend later saying something happened to the paperwork and we had to go in a resign it. They changed the payment amount by $ 200 and then told us you make enough you can afford it. We traded in a vehicle also so once we decided we were not going to pay the extra $ 200 a month they cancelled the trade in contract when we got back our first car it smelled like cigarette smoke my husband and myself had never smoked in our life. Don’t trust them they are very dishonest.

*****scam alert*** you don’t send out flyers and when people actually win money and confirmed it, tell them no! My husband called the number right in front of the guy and it confirmed we won! The man told my husband no! And wanted to give us a pumpkin? Seriously? We won money not a pumpkin! What dishonesty!

***Scam alert*** Their new flyers advertise cash and other prizes. The number you scratch off inside only gives you a chance to win and will definitely match one of the prizes. Unfortunately, there is a claim number on the front that they will match with this board they have and you will not be a winner. They then have the nerve to ask you to buy a car from them. Ask yourself, do you really want to buy a car from someone willing to lie to get you into their doors. They should feel horrible about themselves.

Do not ever go here! Not only are they rude, pushy and dishonest but their «game flyers» are a total scam.
Don’t even bother reading the rules on the flyers because they will change it, especially if you’ve actually won something. They will not honor it and will send you right back out the door. I’ve already filed complaints about them with the FTC and the DOJ Oregon. Never again!

I will never purchase a car from these people again. Horrible customer service. Sold me a car that broke down three days later. They had it for two weeks and still did not do what they said they were going to do. Alex the car salesman that helped us is absolutely the worst. He said he would do something that need to be done and has blown me off. Horrible place. Do not go there. Oh I am back up here as we speech with it back in the shop and of course the warranty won’t cover what is wrong with it.

Will never, ever purchase another vehicle here. Terrible experience. When you, the customer, tells them something it’s like it goes in one ear and out the other. Classic and horribly rude pushy salesmen say what they need to say to get you into the car then couldn’t give a crap about you once you have signed paperwork. No communication between the salesmen and the finance department (meaning if the customer has special requests and so forth, they are NOT heard). Then to make it even worse, they attempt to schmooze you over by «oh, here let me buy you some gas» «well it’s going to be awhile for the paperwork, why don’t you take the car and go get something to eat, my treat». Slimy people. Enough said. Really wish I would have checked Unilocal prior to visiting and finding the car my husband really wanted there so this mess could have been avoided.
****UPDATE: took the car to our mechanic and discovered the dealership sold us a car that WILL NOT pass DEQ. Please, please nobody ever set foot on this lot for you’re own good.****

Pretty simple experience.
I emailed this dealer about a car I was interested in.
I ask if the timing belt has been replaced and if the valves have been adjusted.
I get a response from «Blake» and he does not answer either of the two questions.
I call and ask for Blake. He answers my question by saying most people don’t replace them cause it’s not an issue. This is false as I’ve done my research on the cars forums where the guys are enthusiast about this car.
He says to check the car fax for that info. I say ok. And then he says let me try to pull it up for you.
Then after five minutes of hold, he says he has to call me back and doesn’t give me a chance to say anything. He just hung up.
That was it… The best part about this is I have cash for the car. I don’t need any financing, and even if the car needed a timing belt and valve adjustments, I would still be interested. But, he threw that opportunity away. It’s amazing how places like this stay in business.
Avoid this at all costs. Or, at least avoid «Blake».
Disclaimer * this is not a direct interpretation of the conversation and I am not quoting the employee or myself. But what I have explained is 100% accurate as far as the employee not answering two of my questions In the email and then hanging up before I could respond to his statement about calling me back.
Also, he did say he would call back in a few minutes. That was roughly 8 hours ago.
Update: 07−22−14 both Blake and Charles B (some guy who works at the company) have been sending me private messages through Unilocal talking trash because of what I wrote. Ironically, both these users have written really good reviews for their own business.
Charles B actually said in private messages that I sound like a little girl. This company is laughable.
