Best place to get your oil changed or take care of your other auto needs. They were honest, fair and efficient. Even though I came in for just an oil change and ended up needing more, I truly felt that they were telling me the truth and were more than happy to show me. Staff is friendly and waiting area is enjoyable. This is the only place I’ll be taking my car from now on.

Superior service! I drove in while talking on my phone and they simply directed me what to do and let me sit in my car and talk on my phone while they changed the oil. They even took my debit card while I was sitting in my car so that I could keep talking on the phone. I was also pleased with the price at $ 20. Also the interior was beautiful.

Stellar customer service. They’re never pushy about additional services, the most they do is to notify you if someone is about due. They have a cute little coffee shop to sit in and free wifi while you wait. The entire experience is swift, pleasant and done professionally– not to mention the vacuum your car and leave a little thank you note with a mint. Have come here for years after being sick of the rude people at jiffy lube, I don’t even live in the area anymore but I still drive back to get my oil changed here and will keep returning for years to come.

I live in Vancouver but drive down here for my oil changes. I don’t have to look for coupons, it’s always 19.99. They’re fast, have a comfortable place to wait and really care about customers. They vacuum the interior and leave a thank you card with a piece of chocolate. That’s going above and beyond.

Every time I come here I am always impressed by there customer service. I swear, nowadays, so many car service places take advantage of women and their lack of knowledge for cars. I never feel pressured, and their prices are very affordable, even with my new Acura. Because it’s considered a luxury vehicle, usual maintenance is more expensive, which is expected. Fast Lanes is dramatically cheaper than the dealership and when you bundle services, they give you a huge discount. Privately owned and great service. Definitely a customer for life. They even put in my air filters I purchase on Amazon that my friend keeps saying he will install for me the last 2wks but hasn’t had time! Didn’t even asked them to, they offered. So impressed. Thank you guys.

I have been going here for 5 years. I have a few really modified cars, this oil change place is low-​car friendly. The guys who work there are efficient and helpful. I prefer to deal with Brian, he’s literally the man and makes my experience 5 stars every single time. I’ve probably got 25 oil changes here.

What a great business and positive experience. The people at Fast Lane are polite and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that they don’t try to sell you extras at every turn. After reading the other positive reviews on Unilocal I went in asking for an oil change for $ 19.99 and that’s exactly what I got and it was done amazingly fast. Fast Lane is super easy to work with. They took care of everything we needed done in under 25 minutes. They didn’t have the special air filter for my friends car, so they ordered it for us for another time without charging us and replaced the internal filter for the same charge.

Wow. Unilocal reviews were bang on!
Not often i give 5 stars but what a find. 4.30pm and quick in and out under 20 mins, they wash your car and valet it — recommend but do not PUSH for things that may need doing — polite, all for $ 19.99 !
Sold! I know where i will be every 3 k miles now with both cars !

I had some radiator maintenance done. They did a great job. I blew a heater hose a month later and called them. They offered to refill and re burp my cooling system for free. I went a different route but I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service standards. The proof is in the pudding, and I didn’t feel like I accidentally brought sugar free pudding home. You’ll be in good hands here.

I have been going there for more ten years. I did not think I could get impressed by then anymore.
I drove in no cars in front of me, I told David I only needed the oil change that I needed to go back to work asap. Ordered a fantastic cold breew coffee, went to the bathroom, came back, took a sip, David is back on my left we are chatting a little, and I asked how long would it take. And he said, your are ready to go. That was 10 min. The only thing bad is that I spend two minutes chatting and sadly I could not eat my chocolate it had melted … All this for $ 24
Including coffee and tip for the barista/​cashier.
I live in happy valley, 40 min from tigard to get an oil change, this will be the only place I will go.

I can’t believe I wasted 2 years going to those other places when this has been around this whole time!
They’re quick (even during going home rush hour) and they have a great waiting area with snacks and coffee for sale. They work quickly and efficiently and really don’t try to sell you other services. They also leave a cute «Thank you» note with a piece of chocolate! I wish I discovered this place sooner, but now that I’m leaving Oregon, my request to those looking for a good, nay GREAT, oil change place– GO HERE! Do it for me because you can!

They did a wonderful and quick job. My tire was low on air so they pumped it up for me! Nice waiting area and friendly coffee attendant. Reasonably priced and they don’t try to tell you a list of 10 other things that should be done, not pushy if you just want plain old conventional oil!
Only minor complaint is that my wheel and seat were allll moved around, but hey, I am five foot and the guy who pulled my car in was probably six three!
I’ll definitely be back, thanks Fast Lane!

If you need a cheap oil change, this is the place. Prices are around $ 20. You can order drinks at the café inside while waiting. They are also extremely fast. They are less pushy than other places but will suggest you to change out a few things if the shop is not busy. If the place is crowded, they will get you your oil changed quickly and let you get on your way as fast as possible.

Can’t say anything bad about these men. They are fast and sweet. I never feel like I’m being pushed to buy unneeded services and such either. I’ve been here about half a dozen times and no complaints.
