Michael King – State Farm Insurance Agent

Mike King/​State Farm has covered all my insurance needs (home, auto, motorcycle, umbrella, earthquake) for many years and always does a thorough, professional job for me. I’ve had just a couple claims over the past few years (house break-​in, car accident), but the service, communication and follow-​up from Mike (and State Farm Claims) has always been top-​notch. He’s usually always available, if not he promptly returns my calls. I’m not sure if I could get lower rates elsewhere (I think StFm is quite competitive), but I have tremendous peace of mind knowing that Mike/​St Farm has my back. How many insurance co’s can you say that about?
Plus Mike is a good guy, local Marin guy in fact, and always pleasant to talk to.

I cannot say enough about the service and support that Mike has recently given me. My car was sideswiped badly by a tractor trailer in Marin this week. Mike immediately called AAA for me and arranged for Enterprise car rental to have a car ready for me when I had my car towed to the body shop. Mike called an hour later to see if I was doing OK and left his personal cell phone number on my voicemail, in case I needed to call him after hours. He went above and beyond for me on a day of a very, very scary accident. Mike King is a real gem — he helped make the aftermath of the accident a healing time for me. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
