Great selection of super fresh spices. Awesome recommendations of needed too. A bit on a pricey side but worth it.

Nice little shop. The owner recommended a rub for chicken, which was delicious(and I’m not even that crazy about chicken breasts). The jar was only about $ 5 and although we coated the chicken liberally we barely made a dent in it — great value!

Wonderful variety of spices and knowledgeable staff. Excellent quality. Worth the trip and definitely better than what you find in a grocery store.

I haven’t made it to the store yet, but I’ve ordered products online and they were fantastic, as was the customer service! I gave some of them to friends as Christmas presents last year and everyone loved them. Fresh, organic, reasonably priced and run by two wonderful people who obviously have a passion for what they produce. What more could you want?

Absolutely love the wide range of spices and spice accoutrements this neat shop has to offer! Make a stop here for inspiration before preparing your next snack, lunch salad or dinner party. It has a great«keep it local» feel and the proprietors are charming, memorable, and knowledgeable.

Local Spicery is the place to go, whether it’s in person, at a farmer’s market, or ordering from their website, if you want fresh spices, herbs and blends that will make your cooking burst with flavor. Love love love their spices and herbs!

Some of the best spices and blends I’ve had. They are top notch and super fresh — extremely high quality and for good prices, too. The Dune salt and Italian Herb blend are two of my favorites, and I’ve used their Chermoula on fish and chicken quite often. Head to their store, order online, or visit them at the local farmer’s markets — you’re in for a treat!

I had a great experience here. It’s a charming store, well laid out, very inviting. Of course it smells wonderful. But the best part was the owners’ warmth and expertise. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and obviously passionate about quality. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the product, and I left with a dozen jars of spices and herbs, several of them hard to find(sumac! berbere!) and interesting blends(love the axiote!). I’ll be back soon.

Really great little shop in downtown Tiburon. The owner was there when we were there. He sources and blends the spices himself, so he was super knowledgeable. There were spices from all cuisines/all regions of the world and then some interesting blends. Pretty much everything you could need. Also, he supplies some of the local well-known restaurants and makes special blends for them… so that is pretty cool.
