Acoustic Guitar and Ukulele lessons for children and adults. Absolute beginners are welcome! These are structured lessons with homework. I encourage people to learn the fundamentals: technique, theory, reading, and rhythm. Teaching children as young as 5 is one of my specialties.

Please Note: the Teaching Hours are different from the Store Hours of Eric Schoenberg Guitars at this location. I teach only when the store is closed for sales.

History

Established in 1990.

Joe Miller has been teaching guitar and ukulele lessons in Marin County since 1990. He has also taught at San Francisco’s Community Music Center, and at Puget Sound Guitar Workshops.

Joe has performed at the 142 Throckmorton Theatre, Freight and Salvage in Berkeley, and at acoustic music festivals around the country. He has published arrangements in Acoustic Guitar Magazine and other music magazines. He has taught over 10,000 students in the Bay Area.
