We specialize in gourmet beef Jerky. Our Orville Studley’s Old Fashioned Beef jerky is one of the beef jerky’s you will ever have. It comes in Original, Teriyaki, Black Pepper and Red Pepper. We also carry alligator, buffalo, elk, duck, turkey, venison, wild boar, tuna, salmon, trout, rattle snake, local honey, honey sticks and Orville Studley’s Private Reserve 100% Kona Coffee.

History

Established in 1999.

Jerky This was started in 1999 by Gregory in Three Rivers, California the gateway to the Sequoia National Park dedicated to serving local residents and tourists headed to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks or just out to enjoy the beauty of Three Rivers. In the beginning Jerky This carried only Gregory’s own Orville Studley’s Old Fashioned Beef Jerky label, but over time we have expanded to carrying exotic game, salmon, tuna jerky, local honey, honey sticks and Orville Studley’s Private Reserve 100% Kona Coffee to satisfy everyone’s taste buds.

Howdy! I’m Jeff. I moved to Three Rivers in 2008 after living in Southern California for 17 years to help run Jerky This for my brother. While living in Southern California I managed Big 5 Sporting Goods for 7 years and then worked for Performance Products for 10 years working in sales, customer service and Internet development. Moving to Three Rivers has given me the opportunity to live out my dream of owning horses and riding them in the high country.
