This should get a zero star rating. Just like the first person said. I scheduled to get a bid and they flaked both times no phone call. They really don’t want to make money. Ha there a joke!

A no star rating would be too high. This is a severely mis-​managed company that gives false quotes, schedules time windows for pick up and doesn’t show or call. We had a terrible experience over the course of three days and finally had to cancel because they continually lie to you about when they are coming and they don’t show. I guess they weigh your importance on how big your haul is then keep putting you on the bottom when bigger calls come in. Our problem was, we had a moving van coming and we needed to clear out our stuff so not to leave anything for the new owner. Dealing with these people was a blood pressure raising experience and the most dis-​honest and unprofessional we have had in the Conejo in the 43 years we have lived here. This company does not fit the style of this community. Do Not Use!
