My name is Natalya.

I am the owner of True Friends Pet Care, a dynamic dog walking/​pet sitting business in the Thousand Oaks area.

For as long as I can remember I’ve always had pets in my house: hamsters, tortoises, mice, parrots, cats and of course dogs. I loved them all. I got my first dog at the age of seven. And I quickly showed my parents I was fully responsible and dedicated to caring for my own pet

One day I awoke with the idea of having my own business where I could combine unconditional love and care for animals and help hard working owners walk and take care of their pets.

This business is something I could enjoy all my life. I want each of my furry clients to feel the warmth and unconditional love I can give them.

I want to enrich their lives even more with healthy walks, exercise, and friendship. I don’t just pet sit, I build a long term relationship with each owner and their beloved pets, the furry members of their family. I want them to feel happy and loved.

Natalya has been taking care of our cat for a few years now. At 19, he’s very high maintenance. Natalya comes to our house twice a day to give him his medications and food and she handles his odd litter box habits. She gives him lots of love and texts us pictures and status updates. We know our cat and house are in great hands while we are away. I would recommend True Friends Pet Care to anyone looking for a pet sitter.

Natalya is a true professional, and a super nice person too. We have real peace of mind leaving our 2 kitties and home in her very capable hands. She is a genuine animal lover and really cares. Also very accommodating and flexible, no matter how ‘strange’ you think your picky pets’ routine may be, she will carefully follow your instructions to the letter, making sure everything is taken care of as normal, and beyond. It’s so nice being able to keep your pets in their own familiar surroundings, being cared for in such a loving way. Natalya is very thorough in checking what their dietary needs are, mealtimes, potty habits, playtime and anything else you can think of. For the owners’ complete peace of mind, she happily sends text or email updates and photos, so you can relax knowing that all is well at home. She is very respectful of your home and belongings, and we feel very fortunate indeed to have found her.

Natalya has been so amazing with our two kitties. We were new to the area and didn’t have anyone to watch them while we were away, so so so thankful we found her! She is professional, reliable, and so loving towards our cats. I have no concerns while I am away and when we come home our two kitties are so content and happy I know they have been well cared for. This is a great business to use for your pet sitting needs. Natalya and her colleague Vlad came to our house to meet our pets (and us) and assure us they would take good care of everything while we were away. They provided excellent references (I am now an excellent reference for them), and everything was set. We travel abroad, sometimes often, and always call them to care for our pets. Vlad sends us photos of the pets when he comes in to feed them and this is very reassuring (and fun to receive) when we are far away. They are excellent pet sitters. I highly recommend.

I have used true friends pet care on multiple occasions, and I can’t say enough good things about them. When I leave my ladies, I don’t have to worry about them at all, they are walked, fed, and loved in the most fabulous way. Having my dog stay in our own home while we are away, without having to worry about her in a kennel, makes traveling much easier! Absolutely amazing!
I cannot recommend Natalya enough, she is extremely thorough and really cares about your pets. She is prompt and extremely reliable as well. True friends really gives me and my fiancé piece of mind when we we travel! I highly recommend over anyone else, she is the best of the best.
While watching our dog and cat during Christmas she even bought them Christmas gifts! I was blown away and it really shows how much she really tries and cares about animals, I have nothing but respect and good things to say. True friends pet care is someone you can really trust and rely on.

Natalya and Vlad are the absolute best dog walkers and pet sitters. We used True Friends for many years and were always completely pleased with their services. Natalya is 100% reliable. She goes above and beyond our expectations which is why were repeat customers through the years. We often used her overnight and dog walking services when we would go on vacation. Knowing that she was caring for our «baby» as she affectionatley referred to our boxer Sammy made our vacation so much more enjoyable. We knew Sammy was in capable and loving hands. We recently moved to the east coast and Natalya has set the bar really high for our next dog sitter. We appreciated her nightly text messages which provided us an update on Sammy’s status and assured us all was well at home. I can’t say enough good things about Natalya. I am very particular when it comes to anything relating to my animals and this was the first time we left our three cats in her care. She was so professional from start to finish. Once contacted and prior to us leaving Natalya visited my home and cats and was very detailed in finding out the type of care they would need while we were gone. She is such a warm person and just with that one visit I could tell — mostly by how my cats felt comfortable around her and how she was with them — that they would be fine during our absence. She did everything I asked and more! Not only did she take such wonderful care of my kitties I got a follow-​up text and photos after each visit — which was quite reassuring! Even the one cat we have that can be quite aloof enjoyed her visits! Coming home after our absence all three cats were happy and relaxed — we couldn’t have asked for more. We even got a follow-​up text making sure we got home.
I highly recommend Natalya and True Friends pet care and will definitely be using her again. I am sure my cats are looking forward to her next visit. Thank you Natalya!!!

Natalya is the best pet sitter. If I didn’t move away I would still be hiring her. I hired Natalya for several different visits and she was always available for questions, sent me updates, and checked in when I returned. I knew that I could rely on her for everything and that gave me peace of mind. I even forgot to check for one of her texts one day since I finally relaxed enough on my trip! Natalya of True Friends pet care is by far the most superior dog walker I have ever had the great fortune of working with. She has worked with me for over a year, treating my little Nikki and Coco like her very own each and every day of the work week. She is totally trust worthy, personable, educated, knowledgable and absolutely loves animals. It shows in each and every thing she does for my girls.
Nikki is a 16 year old Bichon who, although generally healthy, needs special attention. Coco, a 4 year old Yorkie, just wants to run and play. Natalya accommodates both their needs.
She recommended my vet, and has even met me there to learn how to give my Nikki infusions for her kidney disease. Now Natalya has become Dr. Natalya, providing twice weekly infusion services for my girl.
Like i said — THE BEST EVER!!! She has provided me peace of mind, and my girls the joy of a true professional dog walking experience and more!

We have used Natalya’s services twice now for our 2 year old cat. Natalya is a true professional and has had years of experience working with animals. Our cat loves her!
When we first met Natalya, she asked many questions about our cat’s habits and behaviors etc. one could tell that she has taken care of many different types of cats and dogs with a variety of backgrounds and lifestyles. Luckily our cat is very laid back and easy to care for, but I’m sure that Natalya is a person who can care for any pet in any condition.
She always does a thorough job following our semi-​complicated instructions for feeding our cat. She has always been available whenever we have inquired for her services, even throughout the holidays in December.
We will continue to call Natalya for our pet sitting needs. If you need a pet sitter while you are gone and don’t want to have to worry about your pet while you are out of town, I highly recommend calling Natalya. Put your mind at ease while on vacation!
PS. Our cat is even pictured on her website under her furry clients… we feel so special!

We have used Natalya twice now and she is great, we couldn’t be happier.
Both times we were out of the country for 2 weeks and she came to the house to take care of our cat. We left her with the house key and she emailed us frequently to let us know that all is OK. She also pick up our mail and take out the garbage bins. She fed the cat and clean the sand box.

We have been using True Friends Pet Care 5 days a week for the past 5 months, and are still happier than ever! When we moved to Simi Valley, I was so nervous about having to find a new dog walker. We interviewed Natalya as well as another dog walking service, and both my husband and I, as well as our dogs were very comfortable with Natalya from the second she walked in the door. She is the sweetest lady and truly cares for our animals as if they were her own. It is so nice to go to work everyday and know our babies will get a mid day walk, treats and more than anything LOVE.
If you are looking for someone to care for your furry friend/​s, DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER, you have found the right lady!!!

True Friends Pet Care is as good as it gets! We have used Natalya’s services twice now and she is beyond professional. She goes the extra mile every time and sincerely cares about our 3 precious kitties — Molly, Daisy and Zoey.
Natalya first came to our house to meet our furry babies and to see how we would like them fed and watched. She had us complete a lot of paperwork that I wouldn’t have even thought of and made sure she had authorization forms in case she had to take anyone to the Vet. She was completely ready when we called and asked her to watch the kitties for 3 days while we were out of town. She texted me every day to let me know the kitties were good and everything was OK. She even texted me photos.
A couple of months after her first babysitting assignment we needed Natalya to watch our babies for 8 days. She was fantastic. She even took in our mail and would switch lights on and off throughout the house. She asked that I let her know when we arrived back in town and I sent a text to the wrong #, so she actually called me and was on her way to our house to check on the cats just in case something went wrong with us returning from our trip. Now that is 5 Star service in my book!!!
I cannot recommend Natalya and True Friends Pet Care enough. I am thoroughly happy with her services. I used to be nervous whenever we left town but now I know I have a true professional that I can count on and trust. Natalya has actually made it possible for me to relax and enjoy my vacations!

Our two large breed dogs can intimidate a lot of people on site, despite being the sweetest and most cuddly pups around, so we were nervous when looking into pet sitters since we knew we needed someone who could handle them both confidently and lovingly. We were so fortunate to have found Natalya at True Friends Pet Care just over two years ago! She was exactly what we were hoping for — from our first interview/​meeting, we could tell how much she loved animals and took pride in establishing meaningful relationships with her clients. Natalya took time (and notes!) getting to know our two babies’ personalities, quirks, and routines making their lives as stress-​free as possible when we have to go away. She has been our go-​to sitter/​walker since the pups we just 6 months old and over the last two years, she’s been there for our planned trips and last minute scheduling needs and is always thoughtful and consistent with the care she gives our ‘children’. Natalya will even send us email updates on how everything is going which really goes a long way to reducing our anxiety while we’re gone.
In short, a lot of people can simply put food in a bowl, pick up poop, bring in the mail, and such. But it takes a special person to do all that plus provide loving attention, consistency in training habits, administer medicine when needed, and in general be the source of comfort for your pets when you can’t be there. Natalya is one such person and your pets will love her.
