I have been looking for safe, high energy and pure drinking water for my dog and myself. I feel so blessed to have access to safe high-​energy drinking water, which is not easy to find these days.
Karl is very knowledgeable and always friendly. He guides us to be aware and conscious of the energy we invite in our bodies to purify our cells and mind to have a healthier and happier life.

I purchased my alkaline water machine 6 years ago and it still produces the same great water as when it was new. I don’t normally write reviews but after a recent service call at my request by one of the Water Machine Shoppe’s Service reps, I felt a review was in order. Buying an alkaline water machine is literally the best investment I have ever made, as my health has improved markedly since starting to drink and being hydrated with healthy water. Over the 6 years I have purchased other health accessories from The Water Machine Shoppe and I have not found any other business that can provide the beneficial water, air and water filtering products and health accessories coupled with service support that the Water Machine Shoppe provides. Karl and his staff understand keys to promoting health and equally important, they back it up with continued teaching and service.

I found The Water Machine Shoppe last October when I was looking for a way to Alkaline my body. I was using the Reverse Osmosis water from outside the stores prior to not knowing there is a big difference in water and filter systems.
I was suffering from Adrenal fatigue and pure exhaustion.
I found Karl extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with all my concerns and questions.

Anyone who thinks water does not make a difference you need to go into the water machine shop and talk to karl. He is knowledgeable beyond belief when it comes to water hydration and health. I started the water 6 months ago and just bought the machine and I am so happy with it! We are 90% water and the water you put in your body does make a huge difference. This place saved my life. I had been suffering from heart burn for years when I went in and tried the Alkaline water. I really didn’t think it was going to make that much of a difference but I told a friend of mine I would try it. I went in and was intrigued by the scientific data and helpful information by the owner Karl. He spent three hours with me and explained everything in detail and let me try the water, who does that. He bends over backward to help his customers. I went home and told my wife and she was skeptical but she tried it as well. After less than 3 days of being on the water, both of our symptoms and pain went away. It was like a miracle! I immediately purchased a water purification system for my home and purchased the Alkaline Machine to make my own High PH water. I have now had it for 3 years and we never leave home with out our water. I have personally been in the store and have heard 100’s of miraculous stories about how the water has healed people of all ages.
I learned that I was dehydrated and now make sure I drink at least a gallon a day and tell all of my friends about the Water Machine Shoppe. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Everyone needs to make sure they are drinking clean, healthy, purified drinking water. I have never met anyone who knows more about water than the owner Karl. He gives spends so much time with each and everyone of his customers and truly cares about them. Water is Life and Karl is «THE WATER GURU».

Worst customer service EVER, EVER, EVER!
First the water made me sick. Not only did it make me sick, but it made my roommate and my dog sick. I had to dump it out on the lawn.
Eventually I filled it with filter water down the street. I brought the bottle in and carefully laid it down in the house. The bottom of the bottle exploded. It completely broke in half! $ 60 it should last longer then 2 or 3 uses! I wasn’t happy that I had a nice little flood in my house over the cheap quality of material they use or purchase!
I brought the bottle back hoping I was going to get another one. Instead I got was attitude from Karl. Wow attitude! Customer service is to make your customers happy, not upset. How about offering me another bottle or any type bottle to make good on the broken one that crashed and flooded my room? No nothing, just a, «we don’t guarantee our bottles»
So instead I’m now Unilocaling how horrible their customer service is, disgusting the water is and will make you sick. Save your money and get filtered water from the store!

This place is amazing! I’ve had my machine for over 5 years and I am still so happy and satisfied with it. This is due to the product and also the customer service Karl offers, such a sweet man and truly treats you like family!
I brought my water machine to school in Boston each semester, always having a new challenge and a new faucet to attach it to, Karl was ALWAYS there with any questions and always had the right answer. It’s definitely an investment but I am so thankful for my Kangen machine and the benefits it delivers.
