This place needs an exterminator because it is *infested* with feculent bros. I used to come here to work on happy hour, but then they got rid of the public wifi. This beer shall be my last before they lose me as a customer forever more. At least I got a Goose Island. Come find me at the Crown and Anchor where things make sense.

After my boyfriend and his friend were denied entry at borderline due to «suspicious» IDs(but they are actually legitimate) my group of friends headed to the tipsy goat. We had a WONDERFUL time! Nice bar tenders, we played darts, Jenga and we made a small dance floor next to the bar to get our fill of line dancing in! I think they had a new bartender and he was very kind and took great care of us! Thank you sir, I unfortunately did not catch your name. Thank you Tipsy Goat for being a lovely, clean, and fun environment! If you’re in Thousand Oaks and looking for a fun bar this is your place! Don’t waste your time elsewhere!

The tipsy goat is exactly what id expect of a lower end Thousand Oaks bar, 1) you won’t get shot 2) more guys than girls, but if there are girls they’re blondes pretending to be drunk off one beer 3) overly hyped by locals for what it is but still a good fix for some booze none the less. Pros: *good cheap drinks. *Bartenders don’t suck but aren’t overly friendly either(I’m indifferent on how much of a convo I want to strike up with the dudes behind the bar) in this case it worked in my favor since I just wanted to get my drink on. *Karaōke night on a dead night made it enjoyable. *plenty of seating. *nice bar décor, I enjoyed the many different rooms leading to the main bar. *plenty of parking. *clean bathrooms. Con: *Before the karaōke night the music was non existent, I’m fine with playing sports on the Tv but cater to your audience(like literally one dude was watching the game compared to the other 7 at the bar). *What security? Oh yeah the guys mingling in the front with one another totally oblivious to the couple banging right there In THE parking lot, sure more power to them, but I wasn’t drunk enough and it was like 10pm people, straight to business they were.

Better than I expected. I’ve heard a lot about the bad service at the Goat but our server was incredibly attentive. A group met for after-work drinks and bites. My friend was immensely sad that the mac-n-cheese bites are no longer on the menu. But I was THRILLED to find out they make vegetarian tots(sans bacon). I devoured 2 orders. The mustard sauce on the Irish nachos was odd. I’d rather order plain ol’ waffle fries. But, after a fun night, I have to say I’ll be back…

Pas mal pour boire des bières, bières américaines et guinness au rendez-vous, pub avec fléchettes pour les amateurs, terrasse sympa, personnel cool et super-dispo(le tip…), bien pour prendre l’apéro avec des potes avant d’aller ailleurs. Enjoy quand même !

Tipsy Goat is the place you go cause your a local and there’s not many other places to go in the conejo valley Parking: Parking isn’t too bad; however I’d park a little further cause people are notorious for a little DD out of here n a side swipe wouldn’t look to good on your car Service: Well you are a bar so don’t expect magic. If you go up with some girls well everyone knows what happens then. Bar rules 101!!! Crowd: The only bad place about places like this is it usually brings out the hot heads that don’t go out a lot n get puffy when they drink. I’ve been there a couple times recently cause I moved to the area and it just seems like there’s always someone getting sensitive about a small bump or what not. Besides that it is an extremely diverse crowd so I wouldn’t expect magic when you get there. Food: Never had it & based off the reviews I probably wouldn’t. Just keeping it real «Sometimes you go hard and then you go home» but let UBER take you home cause this place is a drunk trap if I’ve ever seen one!!!

The owner had contacted me about m y review and since he did this is what I told him: «It actually very easy to get ignored here. I get it you get super busy and bartenders get overwhelmed but I was over looked for almost 20 minutes and I was sitting at the bar and had been since 8:30 pm. Before ten pm one bartender paid attention to us but once he got pushed over to the side, no one else paid any attention to us three. The drinks are decently priced and I am glad they taste them before they serve them. Not all of them do it though and that one old fashioned that I asked for with JD instead of MM was wrong and made with MM instead of JD.» I give it a 4 star now since the owner had reached out to me
