Since our inception in 1992, mortgage lending remains the primary focus of Summit. We have arranged more than $ 640,000,000 in financing and always placed the needs of our clients before our own.

For more than 18 years Eric has dedicated his life to helping people meet their financial goals through investment in real estate. Eric’s unique ability to uncover an individual’s need, develop a strategy and execute in a professional manner have endeared him to a loyal following. By networking with some of our industries most successful entrepreneurs, Eric is always seeking new ways to improve the lives of his clients. He holds a bachelors of Science in Business Administration /​Finance from San Jose State University. Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and is a 5 time Ironman Triathlon finisher.
