Dr. Srinivasa and her staffs are extremely rude and hostile. Dr. failed to follow up with my X-​ray and lab results. Refused to put in a necessary medical authorization thru my insurance. I was unable to contact them directly because I always get their voicemail, which is «full“during working hours. Don’t expect any treatments from her. No after hours doctor are available to patients, in urgent situation. Note: Dr. also work at other locations, Los Robles Regional Hospital, Thousand Oaks, and Simi Valley. Only go there if you want to shorten your life expectancy, look at others reviews and you will understand why. Luckily, I took matters in my own hand and found another doctor.

I also wanted to like this dr but I had an ultrasound and she never followed up with the results and even though they were not «remarkable» I still should’ve been made to know this. Also, she didn’t lay a finger on me during the exam and my chief complaint is acute abdominal and bladder pain. She gave me her thoughts about what it could be and I do think she’s right on the money but not calling back a type 1 diabetic patient with test results and follow up is not at all what I’m looking for. Very smart woman, very poor follow up.

Dr. Srinivasa was ok. The problem is her staff. Unfortunately, you can’t get to her unless you deal with the WORST front office. I went in with a horrible flu. Took the flu test and was told she would call in 2 – 3 days with results. When I didn’t hear anything I assumed it was negative. 15 days later they called to let me know I had tested positive for Swine Flu. Great! I was at work on day 4 thinking it was no big deal. I’m still waiting for my blood test results that I paid big bucks for. Well it has only been 2 months. When I called for an appointment to review them I was told she could see me in 4 weeks. No thank you.

Dr. Srinivasa is fine. Not the best, but definitely not the worst doctor. My low rating is due to the staff at her office. I called several times to find out if my prescription could be renewed, and every time I was told that they would call me back, which never happened. This was for medication that I need TO STAY ALIVE. I communicated that over the phone, but no one seemed particularly concerned. After three weeks of phone calls, I decided to change my primary care provider. Haven’t felt a smidgen of regret since.

At first really liked this doctor. She has a great bedside manner and seems to genuinely care, but in the end it didn’t really seem to translate to the level of care I was hoping for. Not very communicative, would deny a prescription refill and no one would contact you. You’d call no one would get back to you. Just ended up feeling like a customer more than a patient and not a very well taken care of customer at that. You can do better.

While back visiting the area on business I had serious back pain and she ordered an MRI on a friday knowing that in 11 days I had to fly out of the country. She got the results of that MRI the same friday. She said if the results needed serious action she would call me that day, and started me on another course of treatment. On Tuesday the other course of treatment wasn’t working so I called back to tell them I was still in extreme pain, no call back. Called back Wednesday, no call back. Called back Thursday and No call back. Called back Friday demanded to hold until i spoke with her, then she tells me I need surgery! She wouldn’t prescribe any pain medication at all as she said they were all too dangerous, which is code for I dont care how much pain your in i dont want to get sued.
I cant describe how horrible the experience was and If i had the money and time i would sue her in a hart beat!

My visit with Dr. Srinivasa was pleasent enough. She order tests and said she call me Thursday or no later than Friday with the results. Friday, no call so I called the office. The woman who answered said she’d check on what was happening and call me back. Monday still no call back so I called again and was told my results were in the Dr. call back box and she would call me today or tomorrow. I called again Wednesday and said I didn’t understand the problem with getting test results or atleast a call back. I went to the office Friday a week after the doctor had promised to call me and asked for my test results and went to another doctor. I never got a call or an explaination or an apoloy from Dr Srinivasa or her staff.

Dr. Srinivasa is the most thorough doctor I have been treated by. I was misdiagnosed by the ER and did not get better. Dr. Srinivasa corrected the diagnosis and treated me appropriately. She has a great bedside manner and never rushed me like so many others.

I went to see Dr Srinivasa several times when I lived in Thousand Oaks. She had absolutely no bedside manner. She ordered tests without my consent as part of my routine exam. My insurance did not pay and I was stuck with the bill. She would not return the many messages I left her. She did not even have her staff return my calls. If you want a Dr that cares more about you than her bottom line go elsewhere.
