These guys are HORRIBLE once you’re in their system! I have nothing but problems with my car, that then gets you in a relationship with their service department. You know, their just looking out for me with never really looking out for me? These guys are like ‘car salesmen’ in their own right! And when you speak with the service manager it brings back memories of arguments with my 12 year old daughter. Then you try to speak with one of the general managers, and they’re constantly in meetings… really, every time you call their in a meeting. The President isn’t in this many meetings(just get the point, and refrain from presidential opinions). He called back once, but never returned any other calls. Anyway, the support over there and the lack of pro active service has just become too much for this guy, I’m moving on. My suggestion to you… range rovers and land rovers sure are pretty cars, but there are lots of pretty cars, less expensive, more bullet proof, and certainly without the circus that is Silver Star customer service!

Salesman Spencer and manager kelly were really good guys. They went out of their way to get me a fair price and the right car for me. There was almost none of that icky feeling you expect from buying a car… Def recommend them. Whole process was great.

I have never given a one star… EVER. But this was the worst place I have ever been to get my car fixed. Dealers have a bad rep — but this place is just about sleasiest place I have ever been to. 1) Cracked my windshield. They blamed it on me. Yes me. They said it came in that way. Um… I think I would have noticed if I had a 18 inch crack on my windshield! They were not apologetic and did NOTHING to try to repair the damage. It was an extra $ 300 for me to replace elsewhere. 2) Lied, Lied and Lied through their teeth. Typical place just to make an extra dollar in every way they can. They did not call me to tell me my car was ready and I ended up paying for their rental car which I was told was complimentary. They didnt mention the fine print and claimed they did. Moreover, I brought the rental back on full tank of gas and they charged me for two more gallons at an exorbitant rate. Note that gas charges are pre-authorized… 3) Broke the frame that covers the gear shift. They had to take apart some parts for my car and ended up breaking that piece and left it hanging off when my car was returned to me. Will never come back. I am not one to write bad reviews(since horrible places fall to the bottom of search results anyway), but I think places like this should not be operating.
