They tore a chunk out of my brand new window tint. Refused to do anything without my giving them my drivers license and insurance. Hell no.
Victoria Lugano was the so called office manager and she walked away rudely refusing to process it. Customer service? Hell no.
Assured me that everyone didn’t wear watches or jewelry but Noticed people that vacuumed had jewelry on and weren’t that careful with the hoses. Secondly they insisted on my waiting to review video. Hell no
Spend your money elsewhere.

Slow, slow, slow… did I say slow? Tuesday mid afternoon and over one hour. Too little help. The cars not moving. Quality poor! I recommend trying other locations in the area. I will be!

I have been here a few times and haven’t left happy yet! This was the final straw for me. Asked for a wash with detail for $ 29.99. The guy said they would vacuum, sure enough no vacuuming was done! Took about 15 minutes for them to wash it and do a half ass job on it. For $ 30, I expect a clean car! No specks, vacuumed and clean! Nope not mine! I was highly disappointed. After receiving my car, I had scratches all along the side of the car which were definitely NOT there before. I confronted the manager (who has no experience whatsoever in management) he said «we didn’t do it». I called to get the owners information so I can call them and talk about this issue, the girl barely understood anything I was saying and said I need to go through a claims which would be done through the manager.
Don’t waste your time and money at this place! They did an awful job, scratched my car and you can’t even speak with anyone with any qualified skills. So sad! Hopefully whoever the owner or corporation is they take all this into consideration and improve their establishment.

This place doesn’t deserve one star! Wish i could leave no stars! I would not advice this place at all. They RUINED the interior of my car! I nicely asked them to clean the center console storage area which there was a stain. They used Windex which uplifted the glue and tore holes on the inside. It clearly states online that Windex removes glue! The only time this car wash was great was when the old owner was here! I’ll be going to Agoura Hand Wash for now on.
Don’t waste your money and the sake of your car!

Have been going here for maybe 15 years. I have experienced many different owners. The last 3 out of 4 car washes were not something I would recommend. Yes I do have unlimited car washes for a price but it takes a long time to cycle through. The interior cleaning was acceptable but not remarkable. Th exterior cleaning is unacceptable! They keep missing spots and don’t like to wash to much below their waist level. Time to look for an alternative car wash in TO.

Every time I walk in seems like they raised the price. Customer service is bad. After my car was done I had to go home and re dry my car again

This place has gone down hill. Should call it empty wallet and horrid service! If you like water spots and a dirty car this is the place to go. Miss the old owners that had integrity. Now I must find another car wash place. Waste of 35.00

I visit this car wash frequently. They do a reasonably good job with my car. Sometimes they miss something or leave a wet towel on my seat or floor.
They just got new coffee machine for complementary coffee — a nice touch, but the only creamer they have is Coffee Mate with partially hydrogenated oils (trans fats) known to contribute to our nation’s #1 killer, heart disease.
Please find some healthier alternative and remove this horrific product from people’s use.

I went to this car wash yesterday. There is no sign of prices. The attendant asked what service I wanted. I told her I had no idea what they had. She verbally started at the $ 29.99 premium and continued on. I interrupted and asked about the price of the cheapest, most basic service. It was $ 19.99! No thanks. I can go to gas station car wash for $ 6 and vacuum myself with a dust buster.

They used to me take their time before the monthly plans were offered. Now they rush. I have the $ 39.99 unlimited premium plan and have to make it at least 4 times a months to get my money’s worth. Even after asking the gut to please make sure they clean well around the dashboard and cup holders I even leave them popped out. Need to find the time to cancel my plan. One star for friendliness and the second for the free coffee.

I was very disappointed in the service yesterday. My wife and I have gone to this location many times in the past 13 years. I was always pleased with the service until today. I notice there was a new sign and didn’t think anything about it. I pulled up and notice the there was not the usual signs of services but was handed a menu to select. No big deal. Usually I pay, wait, tip and grab my keys. Today When I grabbed my keys there was dirt on the handle. I then walked around the car and there was all these white spots all over the side of the passenger side and inside rubber floor mats.
The attendant just looked at me while I was rubbing this crap off my car and mats. Finally he grabs a solution and started cleaning it. Unbelievable! If I hadn’t walked the car never would have seen it till I got home. Never again. What a waste of money and tip. Also told my wife not to go back. Was such a great place to take our cars.

I have been coming to this car wash when ever I’m in the area. Excellent service and they alway do a great job cleaning my very messy car. The waiting area is always clean and well stocked with complimentary coffee and teas. Hey have two large screen TVs playing news or sporting events in the outside waiting area and groovy music playing in the air conditioned indoor area.
One note for the owners. Please change your name on line to say Red Carpet CAR WASH. When I search car wash in the area your name never comes up in the search as a choice. On Google you are listed under a different name.

Average carwash. nothing special. No consistency with your wash. sometimes the interior is vaccumed well sometimes its not. sometimes the exterior is done well sometimes its not! Ok service. currently on the monthly plan and will reevaluate based on how many times i bring it in down the line.

I used to love this place under the previous owners. No more. I had to have them vacuum it twice and it still wasn’t clean, along with scratches on my car, I will never return. So hard to find a great car detailing place without spending a ton.

Went at 3pm on a very hot day. Was planning to go earlier, since the best time to do a wash is early AM while employees are fresh before the sun intensifies, but I got distracted by a rattler that I had to trap with a pool brush and release deep in open country away from humans. Anyways… Juan Manuel greeted me courteously and explained the costs, without any sales pressure which I greatly appreciate. Took the $ 23.99 job, just a bit more than basic, which means shiny tires and a extra TLC on other details. btw I asked Juan for no air freshener scent and real good wipedown of dash and he said no problem, and I was very happy with the results, the car came out spotless, no scent, with all interior surfaces cleaned of lint and fingermarks. Glass looked like it was just installed by the factory. I’ll be back and I recommend.

They ask me to take my van to the auto body shop for evaluation. I take two hours off of work to go to simi valley. The man at the auto body shop tells me Red Carpet USa should be liable to fix the damage. He also said they may be a chance I can get it fixed if I go to GM dealership. Now why would I go to all that trouble when they should fix what they did. In any case the auto body shop man gave me some good info that I recorded on my iphone.
Thank god security is my business the last 25 years because no sooner than I leave the body shop happy that he said Red Carpet should fix my problem, then I get a call from Red Carpet stating they would not honor my claim damage. Wow this is completely false from what the auto body man told me less than 30 minutes ago.
My family has been bringing cars to this carwash for almost 15 years so I am really shocked at this and we plan to file a lawsuit against Red Carpet, Star Security Systems, and the auto body in simi I went to that I will leave nameless tomorrow.
As a concerned citizen I highly suggest no one go here anymore as they’re are many other good places for a car wash. Especially since Red Carpet isn’t even honest enough to admit when they make a mistake. The audio recording will prove my point in court as my whole conversation with the audo body man says it all.
Thank you to the owner who read my post here and declined to fix my problem because he got his feelings hurt when I posted a negative review. Your obviously not an honest company and now I want everyone to know to beware of doing business with you.

As an Über driver, I need to keep my car clean. Even as a regular driver, I’d like to keep it that way, but driving for work is a great excuse haha… The monthly plan they have is a godsend, especially with a location down near the airport so if I’m down that way making a dropoff I can stop in for a quick touch-​up. If you drive for Über this is a must-​have.
I’ve never had a bad wash here. The more often you come back, the less buildup of dirt you’ll have, and the more likely you’ll get a great wash. That holds true of ANY car wash.
I don’t know anything about the management or who owns the place or any drama like that. I just know I go there with a dirty car, and for a small tip to the finisher staff, I come away sparkling clean.
BTW I know a lot of people disregard 5-​star reviews (I’m usually one of them). However, as an Über driver, I’ve come to understand how much even 4 stars can hurt. I feel this place deserves 4.5−5 stars, so 5 it is!

Have been using this car wash for at least two years and was always happy with the standard of wash. But since the company changed owners, service has declined to the point where I decided it’s not worth the money any more. Each time I come home from getting my car washed, I notice there are water spots where they didn’t dry properly, and patches of dirt which come off easily when I take a cloth to them — but there’s no point in paying for a wash then having to finish it off yourself at home. As others have said, they used to have two people per car and the wash was much better — now they have one person and the quality is lower, but the price is higher.
I was interested in their monthly deal, but decided not to sign up since the quality has dropped so much. I am going to wash my car myself today — save some money and know it will be sparkling clean :-)

As others have said, it’s gone downhill so hard since they forced the older owner out. Cars come out dirty. I really wanted to try their wash club thing, but not with the quality of washes they have given me. This place used to be awesome under the old owner.
I hope, HOPE, that they read this review and others like it and make changes, not dismiss them. They took, yes TOOK, a business that was successful and are running it into the ground. I HOPE they make the changes and return this place to its former glory. They came in, first thing they do is raise the price, then subsequently ruin the quality. I think their current traffic is comprised of people who simply go there out of habit. There is no way they are earning new customers with their price/​quality situation. Change guys! TO needs a good car wash!

I don’t have the appropriate words to express how despicable this car wash is, because my review would be censored from Unilocal.
I spent $ 25 on a car wash here (their cheapest is $ 18 for a «basic wash» which entails vacuuming, windows, and maybe a rinse). They brought my car out covered in dirt spots, dead bugs, and it even had some soap on it still. My car wasn’t that dirty because I wash it once a week. Honestly, a gas station car wash does a better job for ¹⁄₅^th the price.
I expressed my dissatisfaction to one of «supervisors» and he ran it through the wash again. They did another effortless, less-​than-​mediocre job, but fortunately, two of these effortless washes is better than one.
I will never come here again, and I suggest you don’t either, unless you want an overpriced, horrible car wash.
I hope this place shuts down permanently.
