Incredible, personalized service. They manage all of our many prescriptions– automatically refilling as needed. Then, they deliver.. . for free. They are more than willing to communicate via email which makes things so much easier. Can’t recommend them enough.

This company is beyond incompetent. They do not know how to follow directions on how to remove me from their mailing and fax list. Five calls and nobody knows what to do. I would not trust them with any prescription if they cant take care of a simple request.

Awesome customer service! Very thorough and the price was much more reasonable for my compound prescription than the pharmacy I have used in the past. The pharmacist was kind and very knowledgable and his staff was friendly. The nice thing was that when my prescription was ready not only did they call me but sent me a text message to remind me to pick it up. Will definitely be using Paseo again and so should you. You will be glad you did! o

The very best customer service. I had medication to pick up for my cat. I lost track of time and arrived 15min after closing. As I pulled up I saw lights going out. I walked to the door and looked in. The owner saw me and immediately signaled to wait a moment. He unlocked the door and sold me the needed medications. Saved the day!
They also have a wonderful text message notification system. Simply leave a message with your Rx info, and receive a text when its ready.

This pharmacy is amazing. I need my medication compounded. I called a few pharmacies in the area but none of them offered compounding services. I called Paseo Oaks and talked to Elizabeth. She told me they could do it for us. I dropped of my prescription on Tuesday afternoon, and they delivered the medication to me this morning. I am really happy with them and will bring all my prescriptions here from now on.

I used to live in Thousand Oaks area and filled my prescription there. I moved to Encino a while back, but I still have my prescriptions filled there. The staff is amazing, Elizabeth is really helpful. And their have free delivery, which makes my day really easier. I even have my dog’t prescriptions filled there.

Great pharmacy with great service. I was staying at a friend’s house in thousand oaks at a friend’s house and needed a prescription filled. Got lucky enough to find this place online. Not only did they fill the prescription quickly, they delivered it for free! That was a big plus for me because I didn’t have my car so I would have had to arrange a ride. Thank you guys!
