Reliable and reasonable.
I have had at least 3 (maybe 4?) service calls for McElroy door over the past 15 years, most recently two weeks ago when my car hit and pretty well destroyed the still closing door. They arrived the next day, hammered it back into shape so I could close it, ordered the new one, then this week installed it, and then did a final adjustment to smooth it out. All was done professionally, minimal hassle, no mess, arrived when promised, completed the same day. What is not to like? I will continue to use them.

Great service! He was quick to respond, quick to give a VERY reasonable quote, and quick to get THE MOST SILENT garage doors I’ve ever BARELY heard installed! He really did a great job us! No complaints at all; just praise. He even checked in later in the day to make sure my wife liked them! I got quotes from others and he had the best price and the most accommodating schedule. And his other reviews were great, so… Easy choice!

Have been a satisfied customer for over 20 years for both new installations and repairs to my home and also rental properties. Owner Kevin Christian shows up on time, gives best value and stands behind his work. On a rental installation of a new garage door opener, a series of remote transmitters kept failing due to a bad run of a major manufacturer’s units. Kevin stayed with the problem until it was fixed, requiring a couple of return visits. A recent failure of an opener at my residence was diagnosed by Kevin as a failed antenna wire which he supplied and would not charge for the service visit. What more can one expect in these days of the TV hucksters offering the moon and delivering a lot less?

Kevin the owner called me right back, was straight & honest with me and when he came out, he was on time. He gave me my options and did not try to sell me on something more expensive. Just gave me the facts. I called a few places before getting ahold of Kevin but every place seemed to be an answering service and none seemed to be truly locally owned. The installation was clean and professional. Helped me with programming my car remote and left no trash behind. Very professional and he knows his business. We would definitely refer Kevin again to anyone.

Very Pleasantly surprised. My neighbor suggested we call when our garage door made noise. Turned out the door was needing replacement. Came and inspected and confirmed it. Withing a few days, he came back and installed today. Job is well done, he knew his stuff. Price was fair. We would totally refer him again. Knowledgeable and experienced.

New garage door installed last Tues. Kevin came out 2 weeks ago to measure and assess the project. The price he quoted was the price. No ups no extras and only one surprise. The quote included sales tax too which I didn’t know until I wrote the check. That was a surprise I really liked. Very professional and he knows his business. I already referred another customer.
