Went in today to get an estimate at about 4pm. Super nice guy greeted me and gave me a quick estimate. Wasn’t sure I’d get it done today bc my car was a mess. The gentleman said no problem at all. Left at 415 and came back at 6. He did such a great job. He even vacuumed my floor and touched up the inside. I would highly recommend this guy.

Jackson is fantastic! He took me by appointment the same day I called and he had my truck done within 90 minutes of the appointment. He charged a very fair price and must I say it looks great. I couldn’t think of anyone better to do any tint on my truck. I highly recommend him to anyone and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his work.

I decided to get my BMW’s window tint here after reading good things about them. I dealt with Jackson and got a decent price for the tinting.
Shortly after my visit the rear window started to bubble up top. Trying to get help from them, especially Jackson is turning out to be a huge hassle. They are not willing to accept responsibility of their work.
I had to take it to another shop — pay to have it removed — and then pay to have all new tint put on. The initial experience here was decent but it just turned out to be a nightmare. Can’t say I would recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Jackson is the best! Straight up, honest, hardest working person ever — in the heat.
Called him up, he fit me in the next day and had me come down. I used to drive all the way to Van Nuys to tint all four windows for $ 175, but the 4 hour wait time sucked.
So for a little more money, sitting in Westlake Village for 1.5 hours — much better. Jackson used all quality 3M products and I am super satisfied with my decision to take my new car here.

Just came back from Kool Vision Tinting. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the tint work performed by Jackson. I had called him for an appointment and he was very pleasant on the phone and went over and beyond in assisting me with my different options upon arrival.

Took care of me in just an hour and half! And the results are fantastic.
They have many different levels of tint quality and many different shading. It’s a little bit on the pricey side but the quality is work the extra few bucks.

I know a bit about window tinting and Jackson is one of the rare true experts and artists of his craft. Not only is he a highly skilled window tinter, he has excellent communication skills.
I actually called him when I was already on my way to the shop; he was able to take my car in, tint the windows and get me back on the road in about an hour. I waited about a week to write this review because it takes a few days for the film to cure and I wanted to verify the final product before writing a review. Great work, Jackson!

I’ve gone to other places before and it’s driven me nuts how they act like they don’t care you went to them. Jackson was very friendly and professional from the very beginning.
He did great work, and I liked the fact he left the 3m stamps on the tint to show me he used the tint I asked for.

Go see Jackson!!! He was super friendly from the time I called him (2x) until the very end. I got in the very next day. I had printed their coupon out and he honored it no problem! $ 140 for the whole car (no windshield)! Can’t beat that. It took him about an hour and I couldn’t be more thrilled.
Side note: The guys at Allen Body Shop (KoolVision rents a bay from them) were super friendly and super helpful. While waiting in their waiting room my watch had fallen off. They realized it was «the girl who got the tint», found my paper work (I was long gone by then), called me immediately and I went back and picked it up! I hadn’t even realized it wasn’t on my wrist!!!
So back to Jackson… he’s legit! No up-​sell shenanigans. Straight to work and produces a quality product! Go see him!

The guys over at this place are tremendously outstanding at their work and I believe that they know what they are doing. I am more than pleased with how our BMW looks, we brought our other car in the following day to get the windows tinted as well.
So, I would definitely highly recommend this establishment to a friend or anyone. I guarantee you could be just as pleased as I am. Keep up the fabulous work guys!!!

Jackson was AMAZING. He removed my old tint from my windows and when I had time replaced it with new tint a few days later, he was willing to do whatever he took to make me happy as a customer. He did an amazing job with my tint plus at an even better PRICE.
He even took the time to help me install my new license plates since I’m new to the state, which for me is a huge deal for help on that! Place definitely cares about their customer service!

Had the windows on my Mercedes tinted because the black leather makes it extremely hot in the California heat. After going around getting estimates from multiple tint shops I was recommended here by B&B Auto Body in Thousand Oaks so I decided to check this place out. When I pulled in and got out of the car, a nice young man came outside and greeted me as I stepped out. He then showed me around and introduced himself and I was pretty impressed.
I came here for an estimate so I asked him and he knew the prices for everything so there was no waiting around. When I first heard the news I was in disbelief because I expected their great service and large selection to inflate their prices but that clearly wasn’t the case. They had great service and great prices so it seemed a little too good to be true so I checked their online reviews when I got home. Everyone loves this place and I can see why!
The next day I came back without an appointment late in the day and they were still enthusiastic and happy to help me. I had a buddy pick me up and we got an early dinner and when we came back the car was already done. As soon as I walked through the front gate I noticed my new tinted car waiting for me. It looked great and while I was taking a look at my new windows, the young man came outside the building to shake my hand and hand me the key. He showed me the craftsmanship he put into my beloved car and reassured me that if anything happened, I could just take my car back there and get them redone for free. At this point I was sold that I made the right decision to come here; I drove off the lot with a smile on my face.
I wanted to test them out before I wrote a review because I picked up my car after the sun went down, so I couldn’t tell if they worked. After leaving my car in the hot sun for 6 hours in my campus parking lot, it is much cooler when I get in the car. As soon as I closed the door I noticed that it was much more comfortable to be in. No more sun rays blasting on my skin through my un-​tinted windows. The car was cooler inside, looked awesome, and makes the car much more enjoyable. After sitting in mid-​day traffic for an hour on the way back home from campus, I knew it was worth it.
I’m very happy with my new tinted windows. I had no prior knowledge about tinting so I had no idea what I was doing so they walked me through it. Their work is flawless, their employees are knowledgeable and benevolent, they work fast and efficient, and they charge an economical price for a deluxe service. They have 20 years in their business and it reflects through their work. I recommended Kool Vision to some friends and they are scheduling their appointments soon.
