Called this guy when I was in a pinch & locked myself out of my house
He quoted me $ 125
I declined & called his competitor
I was desperate but not enough to pay him $ 125 I felt that when I was in a pinch I was being heavily taken advantage of
I called his competitor and it was definitely cheaper for fast quick efficient service!!!

Called to see if they could open a personal safe for us. They gave us some very helpful advise and we were able to open it on our own. Thank you!

I called to have a lock changed in our office and get extra keys made. The representative was very knowledgeable and swift. We have tried several other locksmiths in the area and this one is by far the best. Jerry’s Lock and Key will be my only choice going forward. Great customer service!

Here I was, stuck in a restaurant parking lot with an ignition key that would not turn. I did what I had to do and that was call a locksmith for assistance.
The first locksmith that I contacted said that the wait would be approximately 90 minutes with what I considered a high priced estimate attached to my wait.
I then went on to contact the next local locksmith on the list which was Jerry’s Lock and Key. Larry answered and I explained the issue. I found Larry to be polite and understanding. Larry said that he could be to my location within 15 minutes and the price quoted was much less than the first locksmith that I had contacted. With that said, I enlisted in Larry’s services.
Larry was on scene in 10 minutes! He had the lock changed out and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes after his arrival. I cannot say enough how much I really appreciate the service Jerry’s Lock and Key provided. Without Larry, this could have turned into a 2 hour ordeal.
I would highly recommend and would call Jerry’s Lock and Key for any lock services that come up in the future. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Called and made an appointment to re-​key our new house and he didn’t show. Called again, got voicemail and no call back. Called again and still no call back. What gives? I’ve been in customer service and know what world-​class service looks like. No such critter here. Very dissatisfied.
UPDATE 2÷20÷2013: Jerry sent me a note a few months ago explaining the circumstances as to why our service call did not happen. I’m sorry it took me so long to update this comment. First off, I found Jerry’s Lock & Key on Unilocal and the business consistently has high marks as supported from the latest comments from other customers, which is why we made an appointment. His note was professional and I totally understand the situation. That alone is good enough for me to change the rating. Should I need a locksmith again, he’ll be the first one I call.

My motorcycle fuel cap lock needed to be re-​keyed because I lost the key for it (tank was replaced). They re-​keyed it to match my ignition key. Kind, professional, fast and BY FAR the best price around. I highly recommend these guys.
