Glow Custom Airbrush Tanning Studios

How can the owners and staff feel that the way they left without any notice or source for return of the monies that were paid and never delivered is ok?
The only thing that I need to say is KARMA is a b$#ch

This place is a joke. The employees are very nice, but whoever owns it does not treat it as a professional business establishment. When I first signed up a few months ago, it seemed very nice, and they always had things such as nipple covers, sticky foot protectors, and such. Slowly they ran out of everything and never bothered to replace those items. Now its just a dirty old rug on the floor where everybody stands while being sprayed. Twice I drove all the way there on a Saturday only to find myself at a locked door, during their business hours. Last time I was there, the machine broke down and left me with only one leg sprayed, the girl said I would get a free month and she would call me to confirm, needless to say I never heard from her. I will be shocked if they stay in business for much longer, I’m canceling my membership now.

I am on a monthly membership, and I have always been a fan — Stevie is great, and I like the way my color comes out. HOWEVER… My friends kept telling me how the place was always closed and never returned calls etc. I thought everything was fine until:
An ex-​employee allegedly ‘misplaced” my credit card information (and there were fraudulent charges)
They stopped providing foot pads and make you stand on a dirty disgusting towel
They closed for a week because «there was no electricity»
I try to make appointments and leave messages on the answering machine — nobody calls back
I continue to pay my monthly dues simply because I get the best color. But now, I have an important event tomorrow and they just cancelled my appointment for this evening because thery didn’t schedule anybody. I am really upset — just left a voicemail for the owner, I don’t expect to hear back… SO Unprofessional!!!

Had a lovely time and it was a very friendly and professional environment. Definitely deserves five stars and a visit back.

I made an appointment last week for a spray tan and when I showed up no one was there. I have left 3 messages and no one has called me back!

I am pissed bought a month and only got to use it once, have been trying to go tan for two weeks and had to spend money somewhere else. If my card gets charged i am going to be furious!!! Does anyone have any information on this shop and why they just closed their doors or who the owner is?

Love the staff and they give a great tan.
BUT, they draft my account every month for unlimited tans and they have been closed for the past week with no notice or explanation. Now, I have to pay for a tan at another salon even though I’ve already paid with them and the services have not been delivered — breech of contract. I have stopped by 3 times and the doors are locked, their voicemail is full now (left 2 msgs before) and they will not respond to my emails.
I’m really upset because I love this place. It’s irresponsible and you have an obligation to customers you’ve already charged to provide at the least an explanation. I’m sad.

Does this place ever answer their phone? I’ve been calling since 10am… yesterday?! I even emailed them… No reply. I guess I will just go there and hopefully it’s open. :/

I just needed to try something new… I’m a very hard pleaser. Its hard to impress me (lol) So I heard through the vine of this place… WoW– was the first thing I said out loud. Very nice, clean waiting area… Modern, I should say. The girls are so friendly here, they make me feel at home (sighing) I absolutely recommend this place ladies and Gents if u really care about your skin. I cant believe I was damaging my skin using other tanning beds!!! When u come here you will see why! By the way, the mgr here is a lil hottie. :)

I got referred by a friend to come to this business and they were awesome!
I felt comfortable when I first saw the arrangement and staff I definitely will be back.

My girlfriend mentioned last month that she wanted to try spray tanning. I called and spoke with Stevie and she assured me everything would be ok and answered all my questions. She made my girlfriend feel really comfortable right off the back. They do every tan by hand. I signed her up for the monthly unlimited package. She’s addicted now! I would recommend glow studios to anyone.

Great place. So glad I found it. I drive from Santa Clarita just to come get my tan here. Every mile is worth it and the prices are a bonus. I come and see sascha she is amazing and very sweet. Great customer services from all the staff. If you never had a tan before they will explain everything and make sure you are satisfied with the outcome. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

Wanted to do something great for my sister and a few of her friends for graduation and prom, so I took them to get tans, manicures, and pedicures. We started off here at Glow Studios and had a great time. Staff is real cool and the setting of the place is great. Love the furniture guys. Tans came out wonderful and my sister and her friends loved them.
Now I’m the cool guy. lol

My second attempt with spray tanning (1^st was a mystic tan at another salon in town that was awful !). I bought a months worth of tan @ Glow for a really good price. The first two were great, next one very large dots of color and blotchy. Waited until that one completely gone and then did another that was OK. Shelby did the best tans — she is super sweet and knows a lot about how to get the tan to look its best.

This place is amazing!!! The staff is so friendly, they are very informative which is a big plus for me. The tans come out very natural with a glow to it and most importantly the facility is very clean. I highly recommend this salon:)!

They do custom air brush tan and everything is done by hand.
I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and she fell in love with the whole experience. The prices are more than comfortable in comparison to other locations. The staff was AWESOME! And the whole place was decked out with some of the nicest furniture I recommend this place highly to everyone who comes across this!

I had a great experience here about a month ago and plan to return again soon. Such great energy, good prices and it looked great. Just wish I was a local so I could visit more often! Highly suggest checking this place out.

They do the absolute BEST airbrush spray tans I have ever seen. Never orange and it lasts for a good seven days at least! I have always been too afraid to get sprayed, but now it is my favorite way to go!

I just got my first spray tan here and it looks great. I’m not orange or streaky like I’ve been from other places. Everything is super clean and the staff there was really knowledgeable and sweet and explained everything to me. Their prices are great and they have such great deals that there’s no reason not to try them. I totally recommend going here

This is by far the most inviting and helpful staff I’ve ever came across. I called and made an appointment for my girlfriend as a surprise. I spoke to Shelby, who took her time with me explaining what my girlfriend should do before hand for the best results and what she should do after to maintain it. When we got there, not only was this place really clean, they were so nice and explained how they have a «no orange, streaking, or pealing guarantee», which eased my girlfriends nerves as it was her first airbrush tan. She loved the results and I thought she looked amazing. She’s officially addicted and couldn’t be happier! I would definitely recommend this spot for you guys trying to do something nice for your girlfriends.
