Want to be ignored as you look at cars? I just came back. Terrible fucking sales force. Big sign says we treat you right. Guarantee my ass! I walked through the sales floor twice, stood over by the car. Called the store, they sent some asshole out. Told me some smart ass shit. They paid to get on my computer screen, to show me an advert. I responded, got ignored by the fucks. Needless to say iI won’t shop there!

Had the best experience here @ Shaver! From my understanding, the team of people we dealt with are part of the brand new team that has been there for at least 3 years now. My whole family loved our sale guy Austin Harrell and when it came to working with our budget, Jim and the management work hard to meet our needs. Even the usually «painful» process of signing the paperwork was surprisingly pleasent. We meet a nice young man who we had great coversation while he explained everything perfectly. Overall… we felt like we were being well taken care of!

About a month ago I purchased my second vehicle from here and these guys are truly amazing! I was in an unfortunate accident where my car (only a year old) was totaled and I was devastated! I showed up to the dealership with ever intention of buying the used version of my car that had been totaled (I just love the mocha latte color haha) After hearing my story these guys sprung into action, Austin Harrell helped me track down the exact color and features that I had with my previous car but brand new! Then Jim Pizano stepped in and helped me get the best deal ever! Last but not least, Brenton Laughlin answered ever finance question I threw at him explaining everything so clearly and even helped me with questions I had about my previous purchase. These guys are my auto heroes! Thank you!

Had an excellent experience here with Tim Ott and Ryan McCracken. We were looking to go all electric and Tim was incredibly knowledgeable. They really listened to what our needs were and got us the best deal possible. Low pressure sales. We are very happy with Fiat of Thousand Oaks and we love our new car!

All I can say is John, the general manager, was horrible to deal with and needs to be fired immediately. Like other people on here, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with him today. He walked in, wouldn’t introduce himself or shake our hands, and proceeded to yell at us and tell us that he doesn’t need our business, and that we can go elsewhere. I could hardly believe he would treat serious cash-​paying customers this way. I immediately called Chrysler and reported him; they told me a case has been opened and action will be taken against him. Sadly, she told me that this dealership has already been flagged before. It’s sad to me that this seems to be a regular occurrence and even his own sales staff are very clearly scared of him. I will not be back to this dealership and I will make sure they don’t get the business of anyone I know. Do yourself a favor and go to OC Fiat or Van Nuys. Buyer Beware.

Dealership may not look super modern. Just bought my Fiat 500e here and got a really good deal. Joe was great helping me and set up everything for me after I purchased the car. 5* service. Thanks

Where to start. I wanted to buy a Fiat. I looked long and hard for the one I wanted. I found it at this dealer and spent 2 days speaking with Tim Ott on how to buy the car for a price i felt was reasonable. its a New 2015 so of course I expected the car to look new. On delivery it did not. It has been in storage so there was old adhesive all over the car. The leather seats were stained, etc. Tim took it to the bath while we did paperwork. At the end of the paperwork, i looked at the car again. It clearly needed to be detailed. I told them to keep the car until it looked new and then i would take it. I came back the next day to pic up the car and the passenger side window was severely scratched about 10 times. I told Tim this was not ok. This is a new car. He said he would take the complaint to management. Today i am told that i got a good deal on a stored car and they would not be helping me with the window. Im sorry i didnt read the reviews on this dealership before I bought a car. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Update** Got a call from Tim to try and bribe me to give them 5 stars on Unilocal and 10 stars on his saleman review before they would touch the window they scratched up. Tim is just Johns puppet (the GM) no moral fiber. Pathetic is all i can say. if John is the face of the dealership, that ships going to sink.

The worst thing you can say about a car dealership is that they are dishonest. The second worst thing is that they are incompetent.
Shaver Fiat is both.

Shame on your business practices. This dealership cannot answer their phones if their life depended on it. Once you get someone on the phone and they realize they can’t easily make a buck off of you they quickly pass you to another unhelpful person.
I have also supported their service department and this is the thanks I get. It starts with management, and obviously they are lazy!
There are many other stores that will treat you better than this store.

I brought my niece in to buy or lease a car. We really weren’t sure what the best option would be. Trevor and Carlos were super patient and provided all the relevant info. We ended up leasing the new electric Fiat. But on top of all that we had towed her old beat up VW Bug and when they couldn’t take it, they still offered us an additional 500 $ deduction. They basically paid us to take it away:) haha! Super nice guys…

FANTASTIC team at Shaver; amazingly fun car. My fiancée, Lisa M., had been test driving different vehicles for when her lease expired (6 mos. from now!) She was an avid VW fan and a die-​hard GTI driver, so switching dealerships and brands was a big deal. The Fiat 500X blew her away!
Carlos Lopez is an amazing sales rep. He was just the right combination of laid back and persuasive. His enthusiasm for the product and the dealership was contagious. We drove 4 different vehicles and he treated us like we were the only customers on the lot (& it was busy).
John McCann is phenomenal. When Lisa chose a red 500X but wasn’t diggin’ the rough fabric interior, John said let’s change it! We picked out a 2-​tone custom leather combo with red stitching, brought the car in when the materials came in & it was done in 2 days!
Gotta give a shout out to Brenton in Finance as well. He was friendly & quick.
Can’t say enough about Carlos, John & the service team at Shaver. Great experience.

I had an AMAZING time purchasing my new 2016 fiat 500x ! Austin was a kind and amazing sales man, he did not pressure me at all and was super nice. Other dealerships make you feel like your on edge but Austin and all the team here made purchasing the car super easy and enjoyable. He worked with the sales manager to understand my budget and needs and found a way to get me into the car of my dreams within my budget. Austin also personally detailed my new ride and walked me through all the features even synching up my BLUETOOTH so i can listen to my jams all the way home! I absolutely love my new ride!!! Thank you Austin, Molly and all the crew at Fiat of thousand oaks! I’m crusin around sunset blvd in style!

0 star if I could. Got an email clearly spelling out the lease term from the salesman, drove 2 hours to the dealer to find out my car has been sold. Then they tried to up-​sale me on another vehicle, and added an extra 12.5% on the monthly payment without any particular reasons.
In short, avoid manager John if you could (wouldn’t shake my hand or give his name until I asked).

I was in there last week and bought a car, and in the deal process they pulled the lights out of the deal without telling me, we specifically said we wanted the dark lights on this new vehicle. They gave us the vehicle for the offer we made and never mentioned rebates, but used the rebates to reimburse themselves. The sales manager told us that we had to pay for the lights if we wanted them that the sales person never mentioned it to him. Not very professional!!! Finance did there job though in a professional matter
Should of gone to Van Nuys or somewhere else

THE WORST DEALERSHIP ever, these guys give the industry a bad name. How are they still in business? The salesmen are slimy, rude and pushy. No wonder there are countless bad reviews, BBB cases and they have such a horrific reputation. Take your business elsewhere.

This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. No one is everyone here rude, but they don’t know how to greet, let alone help you. You can get sitting around for hours without getting anything done.
Leasing the car was a headache in itself. I had to come back a second time because they drew up the papers wrong.
Every time I bring my car into the service station i don’t even feel like I exist. Go anywhere else besides this dealership.

The post sales service is beyond terrible. I got my Fiat there, but will never return. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Great dealership, Wes Remington was a super salesman. We got screwed up by Fiat of Van Nuys, last minute deal changers. Ended up coming to Fiat of Thousand Oaks, got the deal we were supposed to get in Van Nuys, and ended up driving off in a brand new Abarth. Got a great car from a great salesman in a great dealership. Highly recommend Wes and Fiat of Thousand Oaks. What a beautiful car buying experience.

Can’t thank Tim Ott & John McCann enough for a great buying experience at Shaver Fiat & Jeep. The guys made sure everything with my transaction was perfect. And WOW… the deal I got on my 2014 Fiat L Trekking was amazing! Nearly $ 10k off!
I’ve really been enjoying my car! So much that both my brother and father are soon to be Fiat owners!

Don’t waste your time with these clowns take your business over to any other dealership!
Called inquired with these guys about a vehicle. They said the vehicle was coming in this week. I waited and waited every day for my email update about the status of the vehicle. Finally got an email at seven in the morning telling me the car was there and come in. First come first serve. So I started doing my credit application online and completed it only to get an email two hours later saying that the vehicle was being pulled for the dealership owner for his clients. The Internet sales manager Joe Tejada Who wasted my time all week instead of being sorry and offering a solution for the problem just got mean and rude over his mistake in his dealership. His response to behavior was ridiculously horrific. I would never want anybody like this running my business! It’s behavior like this that gives the stereotype to car salesman.
The dealership knew this the entire week and dragged me along wasting my time and energy and ding on my credit report for running it. All for the owner of this shitty dealership to keep the vehicle for his personal friends!
I only went to this dealership because it was close to my office. After being burned by this horrible dealership I called Glendale Fiat. They were everything that DS dealership need to be. They were nice and courteous and straightforward. The next morning yesterday I purchased two vehicles from Glendale Fiat.
Save your time and energy take a drive to the valley and go to Glendale Fiat!
This dealership needs to learn a lesson. Just because you’re in Westlake doesn’t mean anything. You cannot treat clients the way you do!
