Sanjiv has been in the automotive industry as owner and operator for 20Years. His working partner is his father — Kishore M, who is a Master Mercedes Benz certified Technican with over 15 years of Dealer experience. Together they have built the reputation of a well known and successful business here in Thousand Oaks.

I have been taking my ’68 250SL to Exclusive Auto Repair since 1999, when Sanjiv’s father was one of the only mechanics around who specialized in that particular car. Since then, Sanjiv and his staff have continued to impress me with their expertise. There is no repair shop I would trust more with my Baby Benz. Sanjiv treats it with kid gloves, and has always been professional, reasonable and has provided great quality work.

Exclusive Auto Service is Awesome!
Sanjiv has always treated me fairly every time I have brought in my Mercedes in to get worked on for
service. He is trustworthy and honest, I have been a Mercedes owner since 1999 and would NEVER take my car anywhere else. The worst part of owning a Mercedes is the service at the dealership, I am so thankful that I don’t have to take my car there anymore, EVER!

I have been coming here ever since Rusnak BMW would not cover repairs to my vehicle that was just over the warranty mileage. Sanjiv suggested I call the regional office and complain about the situation. I did this and the regional office covered the costs but Rusnak would not cover the diagnosis costs. I bought both of these cars from Rusnak, so they no longer get my new car purchase or service.
Since than Exclusive has taken care of both my cars with honest appraisals, great work at a lower cost than the dealer and or others that I have quoted out.
I would not hesitate a moment to recommend Exclusive Auto Service!!!

Old Fashioned Service — Integrity and Professionalism…
Sanjiv provides superb service in all respects. He will recommend just what is needed to keep your vehicle in perfect working order and resale value. As a Mercedes Benz Club member for the last 25 years with older cars, I need the depth of experience and concern for quality that Sanjiv provides. Exclusive Auto has serviced three Mercedes and one Porsche in the last 10 years and I have had a consistent professional experience. Complaints? None, not one. Sanjiv has made my life easier in maintaining our cars. If you own a German car, you will not be disappointed. I would recommend Sanjiv and his team 100%.

I met up with Sanjiv after my 2007 Audi A3 drove past the warranty, and in all honesty, I never looked back or anywhere else from that point forward. Since then, I’ve owned several Audis that have been maintained and serviced by Exclusive Auto. The shop is small, but very clean and professional. The staff are excellent, and if you are in the area, they will be more than happy to drop you off and pick you up once the car has been serviced (and washed!).
Exclusive Auto is the kind of service where I simply bring my car in every 5k, and I simply trust that whatever needs to be done gets done. They have a vast knowledge of German cars, makes, models, and what typically goes wrong at certain miles.
I am not the type of person to let things go bad, and because I drive very long distances in and around Los Angeles, the last thing I want is a mechanical failure while out and about. I am a firm believer that if you take care of your car, it will take care of you, and I trust implicitly the service at Exclusive Auto to ensure that remains true.
And guess what? Never had one mechanical failure while driving in LA! (knock on wood)

EAS has been maintaining my MB R350 for several years now. When my car went out of warranty MB pricing for service and repairs forced my review of value for cost. EAS saves me at least 20% and more on every service or repair accomplished. I always receive the best price, amazing service and absolute on-​time delivery of my car. There is never any doubt in the quality of work accomplished and if that isn’t proof enough — I drive from Santa Barbara to get my car serviced at Exclusive Auto Service.

Searched for a trustworthy mechanic for my 05 Carrera S. I was pleasantly surprised when I gave Sanjiv a chance to prove to me he was the shop I needed to keep my new toy running perfectly. I have never seen a cleaner shop in all the years I have been having my toys serviced. I have recommended this shop to another Porsche enthusiast who is pickier than I am when it comes to quality of service and he thanked me for referring him to Exclusive. My friend has two classic Porsches that he treats like family members and he was elated we found Exclusive Auto Service.

Took my BMW there… was running really bad. check engine light, weird sound coming from the engine. brakes were really bad. Dealership gave me a crazy high estimate. Took the car to him… WOW. Car runs phenomenal… and for ALMOST HALF THE COST of the dealership.

I don’t know what this Navin guy is talking about. I had a great experience at Exclusive. Maybe he was having a bad day and wanted to lash out on the owners especially after 3 years… my car is excellent condition and every time I go to exclusive they recommend just what I need. My car leaves running smooth, I got extra money in my pocket, and they wash it for me. Whoo hoo!!! Excellent and very professional business men.

I got ripped off these people. I brought my car there for an oil change, and the owner called up and said that I needed the brakes changed right away, and it couldn’t wait. The brakes had been changed already by the previous owner, and I knew that. nevertheless, he said that they MUST be changed. I let him do it because I was busy that day. The second time, I had been under my hood and checked the wiper fluid level. There was a problem with the plug at the bottom, and I fixed it right then. I brought the car in to Exclusive Auto. The owner Sanjiv said that the car needed a whole series of repairs. I mentioned the wiper fluid issue to him before. When I looked under the hood, he had removed the cap, crushed it into pieces and dropped them into the wiper fuild tank! I just saw the cap the night before, and I know what it looked like! These people are crooked. Do not take your car there. They will get your car in, then start jacking up the quote on needless repairs. I told the owner to his face that he was crook.

I was told about this place by a friend who also owns a european vehicle. He told me they were fair and preformed good service.
They are always very friendly, and any service done has always been completed in the time they promised.
I have had my Audi serviced here several times and each time they have let me know what was required up front as well as the cost involved. No little surprises when you get the bill and the guys do quality work.
I’d encourage anyone looking for a good independent european mechanic in the Conejo valley give them a try.
