Great customer service! Can I just say that I am a yoga pant connoisseur and these are by far the best yoga pants I have ever worn! Thank you guys so much I will get a lot of use out these pants.

This place does not stand by their work! I had some some business cards made and a sign banner made this past week. The quality of materials was great, but the cards and banner were made incorrectly. The Cards did not have the printing on the back of the cards as noted on the work order as well as not having our website printed on them. I asked for a 2 ft x 8 ft banner with our logo to made and the logo only filled 3 ft of the banner. The rest of the banner was blank. In addition these were ordered on a Monday for a Friday pick-​up. I waited until about 3:00pm on Friday to call them to see when I could come pick up my order; I kept getting the answering machine. I called 4 – 5 times before driving down to pick it up. When I got there the place was closed for the day! There was a note on the door saying that the showroom was closed for the day and to call another number. I called and then found out that the order was over in Newbury Park so I had to drive over there to pick it. I received no calls from them about the place being closed for the day and I was getting worried that my order would not be done. When I picked up the items, we looked at them and saw that the banner was done wrong, then realized the cards were not done correctly either. So I called to talk with the guy who wrote up the order to get them re-​done. His response was very rude and accusatory that I was ungrateful for what he did; even though it was all wrong. His response on the banner was that for my logo it should have been done a 3 ft x 4 ft banner; not a 2 ft x 8 ft. Shouldn’t he as a professional known that from the beginning? Yes it was my fault that I missed the website not being on the business cards, but he still had it written on the work order; so my bad on that. I will never have them make anything else for me again. The guy was rude, not willing to stand behind his mistakes; all he kept saying was that I was not grateful.
