This is one company I would not recommend. They did not tell me there was any trip fee and came out and hammered a bit and sprayed WD –40 on my safe and I was charged 85.00.When questioned I was insulted verbally by the owner. No I would not recommend this company for any lock, key — or safe service. I do not wish anyone else to have the same experience. Poor customer service.
