I wanted to leave a positive review due to all the negative. As I sit here waiting for my toes to dry under the drier I am very pleased with my experience. I just got the basic pedicure. It was quick and exactly what I came here for. The ladies that work here are polite and the salon is clean. It was not anything out of the ordinary, but over all it was a good experience.

Worst nail salon ever. The chairs are all broken, the place is dirty, the staff is RUDE, they are not well trained and they have cheap used polish. They don’t even know how to do a basic mani/pedi. I have been here a few times and had mediocre service at best. After my last visit I will never go back. The older lady who runs the place hates her job and takes it out on the customers. When I told her there was still white on my nails(she did not paint all the way to the end) she threw the nail polish on the tray and told me it was my fault because I had short nails. ??? What you can only paint long nails to the end? I was calm and nice but insisted she paint them to the tips and she opened the bottle of polish and forcefully flicked it so the paint got on my clothes!!! I could not believe it– I think she is crazy or something. Not a pleasant experience– I left stressed and upset. PLUSTHEYHAVENODRYERS!!! When I got home both my mani and pedi were smudged0 didnt even last an hour. I HOPE this place will shut down and new owners will take over. Don’t waste your money here.

Horrible! Don’t go there, worst main pedi ever. It took all of 20 minutes and they used cuticle oil for what masqueraded as a massage. Horrible place!!! NEVERAGAIN.

New to the neighborhood and wanting to support a local business, I tried this place out a couple of months ago. When I asked for a new, clean nail file and was told no one else asks and they never had a problem with infections. Clearly they didn’t like my request and it got uncomfortable when all I want is to relax and have a pedicure. I won’t risk my health at this place again.

About a year ago they charged me five dollars when the bottle of polish fell off the tray I set it on and broke. I vowed never to go back. I was desperate this morning and their sign says they open at 9:30am. It’s 9:50 door is locked and not a person in sight. NEVERAGAIN.

DONOT go to Annie for your pedicure. She is incredibly rude and way too fast. I had her today and did not have a relaxing experience at all. She is rough and also hurt me to the point where I had to say something to her, which I have never had to do before. While I was getting my fill, she had a pregnant lady in her chair and she did just as horrible a job on her. This salon is nice and very clean but Annie turned me off and I will not be returning nor recommending anyone else to.

I walked in to Celina on a Friday afternoon for an eyebrow wax. There was one customer and six staff. Two of the staff where working on the customer, and four staff where chatting around a table. When asked if they could do my eyebrows, they all looked at each other then told me someone was on there way for a waxing and they didn’t have time to do me… I’ve been sitting outside for 15 minutes writing this review and nobody has walked in yet… Jerks!

Very unprofessional staff and service. The guy who did my pedicure was not trained enough and he did not even know how to apply nail polish. I told them the nail polish and the design was very smudgy. The owner lady came and did not even acknowledge the poor work and they started talking amongst themselves in Vietnamese. This was my first visit here and I will never go back to this place again. I always go to Newbury nails which has very professional staff and it was unfortunate I picked this salon yesterday. Never again!!!

Came in on a slow Sunday afternoon. Rushed through my pedicure — I hadn’t had one in awhile and he didn’t even bother to get all the polish off. Seemed to spend alot more time on those getting multiple services… Barely spent a minute on each foot, limited color selection — gave this place a second try and won’t be coming back.

Limited selection of nail colors. Sketchy customer service. Both Tony and Tina were very friendly and professional and quite conversational. Tony does a good job on «pink and whites». Like many other quick salons you’ll be offered additional services mid-service. Surprised to see that the common callous remover that many of the salons offer was twice as much as most of the other salons and more than 50% of the service price, my friend got it anyway. I’m a simple spa pedicure kind of girl, so I do not need all the extra frill to fill their pockets. I keep it simple. Very clean, quiet and not as busy as many other salons so you can really relax if you want to while getting your services. :)

Tony does great silk nails. Very happy with the service. I also had a pedicure and my feet never felt better. Get the deluxe pedicure! It’s worth the extra money.

*****Worst experience ever*******Called to make an appointment for me and my friend on Saturday. The lady asked what time you would like to come in. We decided to make the appointment at 4:30. We arrived at 4:33. We were greeted rudely and told we would have to wait. There were 3 customers in chairs and 4 employees. Not one of the customers were at the beginning of a service. So if we arrived 3 minutes earlier we would still have to wait. 15 – 20 minutes later one employee attempted to fill one spa chair and called us over. When we both approached her and she said, «you both?» I said«yes». She then asked us to go sit back down as we had to wait for her to clean another chair. Why we waited we were questions and told I did not make the appointment for 2 people. I assured her we did. 5 minutes later she called us back over. I attempted to sit in the far left chair of the 2 chairs there were prepared for us. I was then scolded by the employee«No you sit here». I asked her«what is wrong with this chair?» She said, «No, you sit here!» Again, I asked here what was wrong with this chair that otherwise my friend would sit in and why I could not. She said«this is for you». Well that was it for me. I was done. So we walked out. That was my first time at that establishment and I will never go again.

One great advantage of Celina is that they are open on Sun. But it is another shop where the staff talk to each other in Vietnamese, and hardly acknowledge the client. Sis and I had a little wait when we dropped in, but they did an acceptable job on our pedicures. I am grateful they are open on Sunday, as no other nail salon in our neighborhood was, and we didn’t have time to go anywhere else. A good thing too is that they take credit cards, but we had to give the tip as cash. So be sure to take some REAL money when you go.
