So you didn’t get dinner before your movie and you’ve got 30 minutes to spare before your showtime, then you have no choice but to go to Bogarts bar and Grill. I’ve visited them several times while bringing my dinner into my movie. To be quite frank that is the only reason why I eat and catch a movie at the same time from Bogarts. I have had the penne pasta with chicken it’s in an aribiataa sauce with vegetables and square pieces of chicken and four slices of some sort of pita bread; it does the trick and fills you up. That’s what I would say all food here at Bogarts does. It just feels you up. I have had the fish tacos with rectangular pieces of fish that cost $ 13. The food is below an American Standard. But again there is no other choices you have 30 minutes and you need something quick prepared in 10 minutes and you can walk directly into your theater. Don’t be enthralled by the food however. I’m sorry Bogarts I’ve come here several times and I’m always confused why I eat here. Fries are even burnt and you get no ketchup. No choice if you don’t want to miss your movie; I know I wish the food was better. The owner of Muvico 14 theaters needs to dump this restaurant and make some other Italian or American restaurant.

Well, hubby and I finally headed out to see the new Star Wars… popped for the première tickets in 3-d. A little pricey through Muvico, but worth it! We strolled the T.O. mall after buying the tickets for our 7:30 show, then got hungry. We decided to head to Bogart’s for a quick meal(it was about 6:00). We were offered the bar, but chose to sit along the railing in the main dining area. We love this row of tables because if you’re early enough you can watch the sunset — once we even caught a lightning storm out the windows! But you’re not reading this to hear about the view… We were seated promptly and our server, Taylor, came right over to get our drink order. Hubby has food allergies, so he let her know. She got our drinks and stayed to offer advice on what he could eat from the menu. I ordered my favorite, the chop chop salad — a mix of lettuces, cucumber, blue cheese, chicken, bacon, tomatoes and a light dressing ANDTHEYDOITAS A WRAP too! Came out in a red tortilla(sundried tomato?) with perfect fries with the skin left on(I love that!) Hubby went for the Hawaiian style burger modified for his allergies. Taylor stayed on top of our orders and everything came out perfectly! The dining room filled up fast and despite having almost ten tables Taylor continued to do a great job. We had let her know we had a movie to catch and she kept everything moving along for us. We always have good food here, as well as good service. Hubby and I recommend it often to our local friends — it’s like a little hidden gem. They’ve even added a $ 20 menu where you can choose an appetizer and an entrée’.

Ok if you’re in a rush. Had the chicken sandwich BBQ/Hawaiian style on a King Hawaiian roll. The chicken was tough, as if it were processed elsewhere and heated up in a microwave. The fries were good. The service was excellent.

Took 20 minutes to get our drinks and 40 minutes to get out food. We missed the start of the movie. M

If I could give a zero I would, the service in non existent. I sat at the bar waiting to be served, being ignored, even when I caught someone’s attention, I got a nod. … that is all. …continue to wait. Forget it, I will go anywhere else and you should too.. Stacked, Red Robin or Lazy Dog.

This place absolutely sucks. The food was crapola. Seriously. Terrible service too. Makes you want to throw up in the theater. They are catsup spillers as well. Never go. So, where do I begin? My wife, my kids, and I went to Bogart’s Grill for the jalapeño poppers, one of the only places around town with them. We never knew that this restaurant was sitting right on top of a movie theater, so it kind of disappointed us when we got there. There wasn’t a long wait for our table. When we sat down we ordered our drinks(which came 15 minutes later), then we ordered the jalapeño poppers. When the dish finally came to our table, we were disgusted by the fact that they were just cold, non-spicy, green bell peppers. Then we ordered our main courses. I ordered beef sliders, my son ordered a cheeseburger with fries, my daughter ordered some chicken and cheese quesadillas, and my wife ordered a cheeseburger also. While we were waiting, these three men next to us were cursing and swearing about some movie they saw.(Very disturbing for my family.) 45 minutes later, when the food finally came, we asked for some catsup for my daughter’s fries. 10 minutes later, when our dumb waitress came with our ketchup she dropped it on the ground and it spilled on everyone’s shirts! The waitress was so sorry about the accident. We asked her for napkins to wipe our shirts and we asked for new chairs(because the catsup spilled on the chairs too) and we never got them. We actually had to ask a busboy to bring us some, and he did. 15 minutes later. When we finally took a bite of our food, my son almost spit out his burger because it was raw and cold and it had NO cheese on it! My daughter’s quesadillas had no chicken and she said her cheese tasted horrible! My wife’s burger was just like my son’s burger, and my sliders totally sucked! First of all, my sliders were so small! The beef did not even taste like beef! It was hard and I could barely chew it! The waitress asked us if we wanted dessert. We said«NO, thank you!» Our waitress was kind enough to give us a 35% discount on our food and she also gave us 4 movie tickets for whatever movie we wanted. The price was ridiculously high even with the 35% discount! When my family and I were driving home, our stomachs hurt badly and my wife almost vomited! We used our movie tickets to watch the avengers: Age of Ultron movie, but guess what? We got front row seats! The worst seats in the theater! This experience at Bogart’s was unforgettable, but not in a good way. The service was horrible, the food was as hard as concrete and as cold as ice. I would give this place an ultimate 0 stars if i could. I advise everybody to never, ever go to this place! My stomach still hurts after I had those sliders! Sorry, Bogart’s, but your food, service, and location made your restaurant the worst won I’ve ever been to.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 15 min and was late to my movie. Just wanted two draft beers. Was kinda busy but not unmanageable. Bartenders seemed like I was waiting their time. One of the few times I tipped less 15%. Movie experience is great. Bar service– horrible.

To the James Marsden look alike bartender that served my sister and I on June 20, 2015– DANG, SON. You make a mean drink and look good while doing it. We enjoyed the show way before the movie. Thanks for making two middle aged ladies feel special. The fries were good too.

Disgusting food topped off with non-existant service. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Also takes an additional 10 minutes to get any utensils.

Much better food tonight! Made the reservation on Open Table which earned us 100 points. Service was great and the food tasted much better. Just a tip. You can alter the burgers to your liking. I had the Hawaiian Burger and asked for the pretzel bun instead of the Hawaiian roll. The fries are fresh tasting and not those fake formed ones. Still not horribly busy but so easy before or after a show.

Good point is this place is in the theater. Bad? Can’t get service. We arrived 30 minutes early to get a drink before the movie. No luck. Sitting at the table, standing at the bar. No way to get service. I did get a lot of looks and smiles with the statement«just a minute» bur after 30 minutes of that no service. Really poor and sad.

Came here a few months ago. It was a Saturday night. The entrance to the movie theater itself as we walked in was packed. Could be because Dumb & Dumber II& Interstellar had premiered that weekend. Decided to check out the wait for the upstairs restaurant. They said 10 – 15 minutes. There were 3 other couples waiting. Had some time to glance at the menu while waiting. Then got seated in about 10 minutes. It didn’t seem so full in the restaurant part, but the bar did look full. Had a great waitress who kept checking on us which was a plus. She made some excellent recommendations. Had the Mushroom Sliders, which was yummy esp w/bacon slices & thick french fries, a flatbread pizza(Yumm!) & a huge salad. Just perfect for the two of us. We were stuffed. Enjoyed dinner very much.

Be careful what drink you order. We were early for our movie so we stopped in to have some drinks. The bartender was nice enough but I ordered my drink and he made the wrong one. I didn’t realize it until I took a few sips. I asked him what was in it and when he told me I realized it wasn’t what I ordered. He said«that’s why I always say the name of the drink before I make it.» I said he did say the name and I even heard him ask another employee what was in my drink. He apologized and then set the drink on the back bar. He makes me the correct drink sets it down and then goes to help another customer. Once the other customer ordered he comes back grabs the drink I just gave back to him, sets in on the bar in front of me on the rubber bar pad(of course, we were both thinking he was going to give it back to us) pours the drink into the martini mixer, puts a few more ice cubes in the glass and pours the drink back into the SAME glass, adds some grenadine and then SERVES it to the other customer, with the SAME straw in it. My friend looks at me and goes«isn’t that your drink?» I said I believe it was. We sat and discussed the incident because we wanted to make sure we were 100% sure it was my drink and we are sure it was. We just couldn’t believe what we had just saw. I will be calling management on Monday. I would stick with bottled beer that they pour in front of you.

The food is Ok and also you can order to go and take it inside the theater but unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the service at the restaurant, slow service they are not friendly at all. When we approached to the counter to order food the guy didn’t even say«hello». I think the idea of having a restaurant like this in the theater is great, but too bad they are not really taking advantage of this, they should have a better customer service and make you have a better experience to come back and eat at the restaurant every time you come to watch a movie.

I was anticipating more and left somewhat let down. Our service was snails pace and the burgers though good weren’t Great. I ordered the Italian burger and it needed more Italian to it. As mentioned earlier our service was mediocre and slow. No hello, y name is what can I get you. Since we spent over $ 40 we got a free desert. A store bought piece of cake. Not coming back

Inside great movie theater — nice location and ambiance !!! This restaurant is good for kids parties or a casual meal. The food is good for a movie theater but not exceptional. The bar is good and also has a good happy hour going on all day Sunday. Enjoy !!!
