As an Interior Design pro, it’s wonderful to have a reliable contractor to call first for my client projects! General contractors can sometimes be a challenge to hear back from or to get a prompt and professional response. Not so with Bayouth Construction. Ted is always quick to respond, courteous to my clients and gets proposals quickly and in writing.
Of course the best part is the completed work and Ted’s crew does exemplary work! I can count on the quality to be spot on. I feel confident recommending them to all my clients.

I had the pleasure to work with Bayouth Construction recently and my experience was very positive. In my situation, I had previously engaged a contractor for a new kitchen, upgraded bathroom as well as new first floor flooring, painting and other work.
With respect to the original contractor; things did not go well. I have plenty of pictures to remind me of how bad that experience was. However, Ted and team were able to come into a negative situation and turn it into a positive. Since my experience with Bayouth was following another contractor, it was mostly follow-​up and finish work, which is often the most difficult for a contractor to deal with. Bayouth handled this work with amazing professionalism. They never spoke negatively about the situation they walked into, but, within a very short time after they started, every detail was completed and was as agreed.
In comparison with other contractors, there are many things that differentiate Bayouth from others; they communicate very well, they have very professional project management, and they do what they say they will do. I cannot speak highly enough about how well they communicate (they set realistic expectations, they kept updating me, they checked in often, etc).
Hiring a contractor is tough, and the number of bad ones far outweighs the good ones. From my experience on both sides of the spectrum, I believe Bayouth is great choice and in the upper percentile when compared with others.

We recently had a total kitchen remodel done by Ted and the Bayouth Construction team. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work that was done, the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism of the team. Ted is a very hands-​on manager and was involved from the design and quoting, through all phases of the work, and handling any issues that came up. Any time we had a question or concern he was there to provide an answer or explain the process.
Our home is over 50 years old and was in need of a complete kitchen renovation. Ted conducted a survey, we developed a design, and Ted quickly created a project plan with a reasonable price. It was an extensive project that included removing walls and doors, custom cabinetry, new appliances and granite countertops, flooring, paint, electrical, plumbing and lighting. There were a couple of minor surprises along the way and this was to be expected of a house this age and a project this large. Ted explained our options, revised his plans, and the work continued with only minor interruptions.
Jarrod Bayouth was the project manager and was excellent at scheduling the different teams of craftsmen and keeping the project moving. The right people showed up at the right time and in the right order to complete the project faster than we ever expected. Jarrod was available to us day and night to answer any questions that we had.
The teams of craftsmen provided excellent work with every detail taken care of. They were on time, constantly cleaned up after themselves, and were professional and courteous. Thanks to the entire team we now have a kitchen that we are extremely proud of and love using every day.
I highly recommend Bayouth Construction for any remodel or renovation work. We have already referred family members to Ted, and we have our next couple of projects already in mind.

The experience we had with Ted and Jarrod was outstanding. Jarrod was extremely responsive and always kept us informed as to what was going on with our master bath remodel. Ted recently remodeled my kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. One of the many things I liked about Ted was that he always returning my phone calls within 30 minutes. He gave me an estimate of a 6 week remodel, and the job was completed on time. The areas being remodeled were always left clean after each days work. I worked closely with Ted and his crew and they gave me the kitchen I envisioned, and it looks fantastic. He is both reliable and professional.
