Auto Collision Center

This is the third time I have used Auto Collision Center, and have never been disappointed. Michael gave us a good price on the repair of my car and when the fix they made — and priced me for — didn’t work out as they had hoped, They replaced the body part without charging me more. I’m sure many auto body places would have tried to put the bill on me for this ‘mechanical failure’, so to speak, but Michael immediately took care of it. Great service, hopefully will not need them again in the future, but will come back if dented again!

We have used Auto Collision Center for years. Unfortunately, they couldn’t help the 2 cars that my kids totaled, but they did fix the car that crossed paths with a Great Dane, the car that crossed paths with a really large raccoon, and the car that got t-​boned. The work was done quickly, and professionally and I could not be happier. But, I hope I don’t need to use them again. We’ve had enough accidents.

I have taken two cars into Auto Collision center and both times they offered an exception experience. They really care about the customer and providing a first class job. I am so thankful to have found them.

As expected, the initial situation you are when you have to deal with a business of that type is not that positive. No one likes to have his car damaged.
I had a car to fix, and it turned to be a total loss, by surprise. What meant that the insurance took over and Auto Collision Center didn’t gain any business out of my case.
Even though, the amount of support, guidance and help from the team was impressive. The team as a whole, and Sean particularly, made the whole experience smooth and easy.
I wouldn’t like to have a need for their services, but if it will come to that, I’ll be happy to have them take care of me.
And if anyone will ask me, I’ll be happy to send hom there with a warm recommendation.

It was one of those days when a trim piece fell off the vehicle. I drove in and was met by Keith Bonadede who immediately said I think we can take care of this on the spot.
He popped the piece back in place and took my vehicle to the back to have a technician double check to make sure to the clips where all secured. He came back and said your good to go. Amazingly there was no charge and I had no down time. That kind of service doesn’t happen often enough.

This was the most awful experience I have ever had… and I’m still having it. After an accident I brought my car in for repair. I was told it would take 3 weeks. I called in 3 weeks and I was told it would be another week. I called after another week and I could not get a call back. I kept calling for 4 days and got every excuse in the book for why they did not know when it would be ready. After 5 weeks I called and asked for the manager. I could not get a call back from him. Finally, I asked to have the owner call me back. Surprise, the manager called me back. He told me it would be another week and a half. After over 6 weeks I just went in today to pick up my car. It looked like a 3 year old had put it together. I am livid!!! I did not accept the car and am figuring out what to do about this. I will notify the better business bureau for sure. Save yourself stress, a headache and time and find somewhere else to go. NEVER AGAIN!

I can’t say enough about the service and professionalism! Excellent body work — looks better than new and repair was finished earlier than expected. Made a stressful situation bearable. Don’t go anywhere else

Mike Everett was great — and Auto Collision Center was great. Estimate was fair. They ordered the parts, I brought in the car on the designated day, and the repair was finished and I drove away when promised.

They do excellent work and Mike is a pleasure to deal with, I used them twice this year and highly recommend them

This was recommended by the Lexus dealership after I got t boned so we had expectations. This place is totally ridiculous. We were assured that repairs will only take 4 weeks, ended up being more than 2 months. The brake disc on the damaged side was replaced with warped, rusty, piece of shit causing the vehicle to shimmy down the hill. We know our old brake disc were not rusty because the other side still had almost new brakes so they gave me crappy replacement. The antenna for the car stereo seem to be not properly connected– I now have terrible connection and static, am channels for my fms. Moon roof doesn’t work properly. Driver’s window doesn’t work properly. I now have a perinneal squeaky bearing that sound like a hamster cage. The paint job was not done right because now I have chipped off paint in the area. They charged an arm and a leg from the insurance for it– over 16k mind you. I would not dare take the car back to them because it took them forever to do such a lousy job– I’m sure they’ll just find something else to break instead of repair. It amazes me that this was recommended to us– totally inept, incompetent bunch. Poor, poor service.

I would never use this shop again. They gave an initial estimate of 6 – 8 weeks and the job ended up taking 14 weeks. Various bits and pieces of my car are missing from the interior and there are new imperfections and scuffs on the body from the repair.

This was my first time using Auto Collison — they weren’t «authorized» by State Farm, but I was so impressed with the initial encounter with Keith, my rep, that I still wanted to use them and just get the check directly from State Farm. They did an awesome job on fixing the bumper (had to replace it) and repainting my spoiler. The paint looks great — they even washed the car for me and shined it up. I would definitely come back!

This is the place to go if you are looking for an auto body shop with very good price and very time efficient. I took my car to this place twice, and both times their prices and repair-​time beat the other 5 body shops. This 2^nd time (last month), the first shop (with its a 5-​stars Unilocal) I took my car to quoted me $ 1800 and 3 – 4 days for repair time because it’s a newer Lexus, blah, blah. The 2^nd shop (also a 5-​stars Unilocal) quoted $ 800 and 2 days for repair time. I took the car to Auto Collision Center because I had a good experience the first time. This time, I had Mike Everett and he was very nice, courteous, knows what he’s doing, and… fixed my car (and fixed it very well), for under $ 350 in about 2 hours. AMAZING. Thank you Mike and Auto Collison Center!

Brought my 07 Vette in to have the rear bumper repaired after a collision. I am very picky on who works on my Vette. The staff @ ACC are the BEST! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Keith worked with me, even sending me pictures of the dis-​assembly of the bumper. The work is TOP NOTCH! Picked the car up yesterday. It was washed and waxed. I looks great! I would recommend ACC to all! Everyone there was friendly and nice. Thanks again!

Just received my car back today from the Auto Collision Center and have to say I am extremely impressed with the results. My car needed to have the front bumper repainted a very unique silver and the folks here got it right. Mike Everett was extremely cordial throughout the entire repair process. As he said from day one, all they want is to make sure every customer is very happy with their work. In my case, they succeeded.

This is my 6^th time coming to ACC and the reason I keep coming back is because of the excellent customer service we receive. We are treated kindly and professionally. Chuck and Sara and the rest of the staff do a great job taking care of our needs. They take the time to answer all our questions and concerns. Thanks to ACC, we have several happy, good looking vehicles. I will continue to recommend this shop for all your auto body needs!

I went in here to have a vehicle repaired. While I was doing the estimate for my work, someone came through and immediately took the manager outside and was freaking out about the horrible work on his car, that he had waited so long for. I didn’t flinch, because that could have been a coincidence. While I waited for 10 days, (not a problem for me, I was getting quality work right?), I happened across some bad reviews on the place. Still not worried, surely it won’t happen to me. When I picked up my vehicle, I paid first, got the keys went outside, and noticed a HUGE mess on the side, where someone had worn through the paint with a buffer or something. I pointed this out to the man checking me out, and he said, «we didn’t work on that area, it wasn’t us.» That is absolutely true, «they didn’t work on that area, NO ONE ever HAS». The mess wasn’t there when I dropped it off. I was so bummed out. I didn’t argue, and I needed my vehicle. When I returned home, other people asked me what happened to the side of my vehicle. They noticed immediately too. I have always kept my vehicle clean, so it would have stood out over time, and been noticeable to everyone who sees it daily. Shortly after, another man was checking out his car, and again was losing his mind with the person checking him out. He had problems too. I suppose I should never have gone ahead with letting them do the work, the minute I saw the first customer complaining at checkout. Don’t go there !!!

Took my work vehicle in for back fender replacement. Not only was my car done in a timely mannor, the work was excellent. Absolutely no problem with the insurance company and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the Auto Collision Center. Linn K.

I took in my Lexus for minor repairs to the quarter panel. Michael was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process and went out of his way to repair scratches and I felt like I got personalized service. Although there was a minor hiccup with the insurance company the results were excellent and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend this place.
