Thousand Oaks, CA
The property is alright and probably newer than anything else in Thousand Oaks but apartments are not well designed and don’t provide a comfortable living experience. We left after our lease expired and love where we live now so I can really tell the difference. We also did not have a good experience with Archstone (As a company). So I would recommend looking elsewhere and rent here only if no other option is available. Westlake Village has some really nice rentals that are much better.
