Clients qualify for Home Health Services if they had surgery and need help recovering, medication management, joint problems, any medical condition, pain that is interfering with day to day activities, falls, open sores (bed sores. or any wound), living alone and feeling overwhelmed with taking care of themselves, feeling fatigued, not eating or drinking enough. These are just a few things that we do.
