Alignments Plus

Alignment is critically important but very few shops do them properly. Rob places the factory recommended weights in the car, verifies tire pressure and does the job right for a very fair price. The only shop my independent BMW mechanic recommends in the Conejo Valley. I won’t even let the dealer do my alignments after visiting Rob’s shop for the first time in May 2016.

Rob has aligned my Audi a few times and I’d recommend that anyone take their car to him. I am very picky about the steer wheel being level after an alignment. When the dealer did the alignment is was off and they told me to deal with it. When Rob aligns the car the steer wheel is like it was when the car was new and the alignment is perfect.

Rob is the man! He knows what he’s talking about, deals fairly, and has a comfortable waiting area to hang in. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs anything done! Alignments are a given, but he’s a jack of all trades. I’ve worked with him for years, and hope he continues to keep my cars alive for many years to come!

Rob is a cool cat. He only does alignment and he does it well. My lowered Mini S was off-​aligned after being lowered and he fixed it at a fair price. He’s not not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for!

Rob is the man. I came in last minute, early on a Friday morning and he was all smiles and great attitude. I was on my way to Laguna Seca to race my car and needed an alignment. Rob was not only very professional but friendly, honest, and spent extra time inspecting the undercarriage for any problems before my departure (without asking). He wanted to make sure nothing went wrong for my weekend of racing. Great guy, clean shop, and great pricing. I’m picky about the people that work on my cars and I’ll recommend Rob any day of the week. He seems to come from a time when people stood behind their work and had genuine integrity.

The owner of this business is a disgrace to the city of Thousand Oaks. A few days ago my car broke down on Skyline Dr, unfortunately it stalled in such a way that it blocked part of the driveway to Alignments Plus. As I was sitting in my car with my hazard lights on, calling AAA, I had the most unpleasant encounter with Mr. Rob Lendin. Without asking me why I was parked, he proceeded to yell at me, his face was glowing red with anger and his choice of words were very unprofessional. I was shocked at his outburst, but this was only the beginning of it. 20 min later he came back and told be boldly that if I had been driving an American car, I wouldn’t f#$$$$ing have a problem. Shame on him, he is a tactless, rude and arrogant excuse of a human being. Please don’t give this man any of your business — he doesn’t deserve it.

I’ve been taking my cars to Rob for several years now. He earned my trust by fixing the «buzz» coming from my BMW 330 when no BMW mechanic could.
I’ve moved on to my new car and am still taking it to Rob for it’s regular maintenance. Bottom line: he’s honest, reasonable and reliable. Thanks Rob!

Rob is the best! He always comes through and is able to help me in any situation.
He is wonderful and let the results to speak for itself. His prices are right and he will tell you exactly what the problem is and will work on that rather then coming up with imaginary problems to rip you off like many other out there. Rob Lendin. One of the best and most honest mechanics I have ever been to. He has competitive pricing but more importantly than the price is trust. I know when I drop my truck off it will be fixed the right way the first time. Honest Harding man we need more Robs in the auto repair industry.

VERIFY ALL QUOTES TO ENSURE REASONABLE PRICING AND ASK FOR IT IN WRITING. Alignments Plus was recommended and had a good Unilocal rating. I was quoted $ 80 for a wheel alignment for a mini cooper which was the average for the six companies I researched. Made my appointment and received a call back to confirm this. However, here’s the kicker, my estimate was increased to $ 125 because Alignments Plus stated that the Mini is an exotic car (surprised). This new quote was by far the most expensive and not value for money. I declined the work and will not consider using this company in the future.

Honest, knowledgable, friendly, quick, and did I say honest. I don’t have enough adjectives to describe Rob. He has helped me with every problem my Mercedes has ever had. One time when I was not in town and had to take it somewhere else he got on the phone with another mechanic and helped me through them over charging me. He goes above and beyond. I send all my friends to him. You won’t find a better mechanic. Thanks Rob!

A+ all the way! Had the pleasure of meeting Rob today and having my BMW serviced by him. I couldn’t be any happier with how my experience went. Along with him being kind and every bit professional… he is very honest and will take the time out to explain/​teach you what you need to know about your car. Rob is one of the very few straight forward and honest mechanics. He can do it all. He has worked on my 6.0L Ford Diesel and also my Toyota. If you are looking for an honest mechanic who will truly take care of you, go to Rob!

I have been using Rob for YEARS, he is an incredibly honest soul who is also a mechanic (who knew that you could combine the two?). If one has never used him before do NOT get confused by the business name he is VERY «PLUS» as well as Alignments. My BMW Z3 started seeing him at 150,000 miles and he kept it running till I just retired it at 247,000 miles– that is one talented soul! So if you need a mechanic for anything automotive see him.
