The phở is not great here. Maybe the other fare is better, but it seems like the phở is on the menu just for looks. Spring rolls seriously lacking. Very plain and no condiments. Veggie phở for 9 $!!! in a bowl about half the size of anywhere else and NOBASIL! I got 2, half wilted, sickly little twigs of parsley on top of some sprouts with 3 tiny slices of freezer burned looking jalapeños. What kind of phở place doesn’t have basil? No Hoisin sauce??? Why do they even try to have phở on the menu here? FAIL. So-so atmosphere, so-so service AND overpriced to boot. Pros: Uhhhh, the tea was hot… Big chunks of vegetables in the phở. Clean bathrooms. Cons: –Food quality. No focus. –Food quantity(my «large» phở for 9 $ would have been a small or medium anywhere else) –Overpriced –Wait staff has a hard time understanding English –Parking is horrible This is what Vietnamese would be like if Red Lobster served Vietnamese. Lol

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this sooner. This is the best place for Bún or Phở I’ve found in Colorado. Nice, clean, great place. Sweet, crispy, delicious meats and eggrolls! Cheap.

Me and my girl got some takeout from this hidden spot. both got combo noodle bowls and some spring rolls. I couldn’t put my chop sticks down once I started and she liked the spring rolls. Plus I ate her leftovers so it’s a winner in my book

Great food. We are vegetarians and they have a good variety of vege dishes or that can be put with tofu instead of meat. Black pepper tofu is amazing. I don’t like spicy food so I was very hesistant to taste it but wow…

Sad. Why do I keep getting Asian food in decidedly un-Asian places? Somehow I never learn. I really wanted some boba and I was in Thornton for work, so right after getting my rental car, I consulted Unilocal for some boba. Vietnamese Café came up. I ordered the tofu spring rolls, which were sadly lacking in all the condiments and were just noodles, lettuce, and tofu. I’ve made better spring rolls. My guava smoothie was way too sweet and had large chunks of ice in it. The boba hardened in the few minutes I was trying to suck it down. :(

Thornton, Colorado-Behind a McDonalds and a tire shop in a strip mall in good ol’ Thornton Colorado lies a little local gem called Vietnamese Café… perhaps oddly, they serve Chinese. And Vietnamese… But mostly Chinese. Any time of the year the restaurant is blasting arctic air conditioning so bring your jacket(and your earmuffs, gloves, and snow boots). Grab a hot cup of tea and calm down. Do yourself a favor and order the vegetable curry. It has no spice but even my spice-loving husband devours it. The sauce is creamy and flavorful with a slight hint of coconut. The veggies are slightly tender and well assorted. Pair it with rice and a vegetable egg roll and you’ve got an awesome meal– actually two meals. The portions are huge so I always bring half home to the Prince Charming.

Daily lunch specials, even on the weekends, only maybe two things I wouldn’t recommend. Solid lengthy overall, nice size portions.

My colleagues and I go here for lunch at least once a week. I don’t know how such a wonderful spot like this exists in the area it does, but the staff, atmosphere and food inside are all fantastic. Their lunch specials are terrific value and I have yet to order something there I didn’t like. It’s a real gem hidden away in the otherwise-depressing Thornton/Henderson/Commerce City hovel.

Best Vietnamese restaurant in town! I love the phở and the noodle bowls. The restaurant is always super clean and the prices are competitive. My favorite dish is the combo noodle bowl(Shrimp, steak and pork) with chopped egg rolls in it. The spring rolls are and crab cheese won tons are also very good. My kids loved the sesame chicken and lomein. I highly recommend it!

Best Vietnamese restaurant in the area. The atmosphere is relaxing, and very clean. The workers are amongst the most friendly and respectful people I have ever encountered. The food never disappoints, and is always fresh. Everything has such a wonderful flavor. I’m lucky I live close by. If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by.

All around the best Vietnamese in this part of suburban Denver. Try the traditional Vietnamese rolls as well as the chicken and shrimp phở– the chicken broth is rich and delicious. This is my new favorite spot.

We love V Café. The red wine beef cubes and sesame anything are amazing. Very fairly priced. Service can be lagged so come in to enjoy yourself, and don’t be in a hurry! :)

Delicious every time. What I really appreciate is not feeling like a freak because I’m a vegetarian. There’s tons of really yummy options. Prices are good, service is great. Check it out.

Very good menu choices and variety. I had the combination bowl(without fish sauce). It was a very large portion, with noodles, shrimp, beef, pork, egg rolls, and peanuts. We also had the grilled beef udon noodle dish. It too, was a very large portion, and very delicious. We were excited to discover this place and look forward to returning again soon.

I absolutely love this place! I find myself craving their food at least one night a week, and feel pretty good after eating it. We’ve taken some Denver friends to this place and everyone has had only great things to say about it. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and casual, nothing too fancy. It’s the food that we really love though, we often call in to order our meals to go and they always are great. After sampling many items on the menu the only thing I ever order, because it is so amazing, is their beef noodle bowl with a soy-ginger sauce instead of the usual fish sauce. The beef has a sweet glaze to it that I really enjoy. It comes with Asian sprouts, cilantro, carrots, noodles, and some lettuce. My husband always gets the same thing too after trying the beef. When we want to treat ourselves we’ll grab a Boba Smoothie from them as well — they have a lot of really fresh flavors and they’re all really tasty. We’ve tried them all. This restaurant is a favorite of our family and friends, whenever we want to go out to eat but not feel like we’ve totally cheated on our healthy diets this is the place that we go to.

Food, not bad — pretty good actually. Cleanliness, I’d say five stars. Price, average — maybe even little on the cheap side! The staff on the other hand. Don’t get me wrong, I’m fine with someone not being able to speak English very well; it’s quite a complicated language. But I’m not exactly cool with«Zero English,» Like«I’m not even going to try — English.» So on the rare occasion that the waiter did stop by the table, only hand gestures were used.“ Again, good food, and all in all a pretty cool place to eat. But I tend to like a more attentive staff. But maybe that’s because I’m just a little selfish!

In this awkward nook in Northglenn resides one of the best Asian restaurants in town. I supped on the spicy ginger chicken, served in a hot pan with a big bowl of rice. A few scallions for color and crunch a, julienned ginger. The service was attentive without being overbearing, the owner game over and thank me profusely for the business. And lastly, the contemporary design is peaceful, soothing and modern.
