The Right Move

I have nothing bad to say about these guys. We had to cancel my original move date (on a Sunday morning) due to a blizzard, and they were able to squeeze me in at 4 pm the next day. The guys called around 1 and asked if they could come earlier… they showed up at 230 and moves us in 3 hours! (Last time we moved it took 4, about the same distance). The move ended up costing leas than i thought, which has never happened before. They were nice, courteous, fast and careful. Super polite and asked exactly where I wanted every item of furniture in the new place (I’ve had movers just dump everything in the living room and leave). I will definitely use them again.

The 2 guys that moved me were fantastic! They were early, polite, and very careful with all of my items. I moved stuff into a storage unit and they tetrised everything in perfectly. I’d recommend as well as use them again in a heartbeat!

Last week Isaiah, Anthony & Ernesto helped us move into our new apartment. We have moved a lot and this is the third time they have helped us. The Right Move was very responsive to our questions during the booking process. On our moving day, they were careful and trustworhty with our things, efficient with time, and very pleasant and professional during the whole process.
We split our move into two parts. On Friday we had OTHER movers load our truck and then Isaiah, Anthony, and Ernesto unloaded our truck on Saturday. The only reason we did not have them load our truck on Friday was because it was out of their area and we didn’t want to pay the extra fee. I regret this and next time will choose The Right Move even with the extra fee.
Moving is always a stressful thing because your personal belongings are being handled by other people. The Right Move has always made it a peaceful process!
Just some tips to other people. Put your things in boxes. It helps the movers do their job efficiently. Also things can break even when a box has NOT been dropped. Make sure you pack properly by using materials such as bubble wrap. Judging by the grammar on the last review, it sounds like there was some miscommunication and possibly more to the story. Our guys moved everything we had! Sorry Kunthea, but I LOVE the Right Move.

Ernesto and Anthony were the best. They arrived 15min early and were ready to get right to work. They were friendly, hard working and very careful with both the furniture and the house. Everything was wrapped and padded to avoid any damage. I had greatly underestimated how many possessions we were moving. They worked quickly and were able to do 2 loads in the the 4 hours I had scheduled them. They were done 20 minutes early and helped with assembly of furniture to complete their time. They tackled my heavy furniture. They worked as a team. Request Anthony and Ernesto if you call Right Move. The one frustration I had with the Right Move was connecting with them in the first place to schedule the move. This was the corporate office and not the movers.

Formerly known as The Right Movers. Unprofessional. Didn’t finish the job. Had to hire someone else to finish the job they were hired to do. A truly HORRIBLE experience. I will never use them again. Only gave them 1 star because a lower rating was not an option.
