Established in 2013.

After 8 years of training and traveling the world I decided to open up Rocky Mountain Jiu Jitsu. The goal was/​is to pass on everything I’ve learned to everyone who is willing to listen!

Business Owner

Started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2005 under Professor Mauricio Zingano. I received my blue in 2006 shortly before going overseas. Taught Jiu Jitsu to soldiers and contractors from 2007 until leaving in 2010. Moved to Thailand in January 2010 (received my purple belt) to train Muay Thai under Sakmongkol until December of 2010. Fought in the cage in 2010 and 2011 and competed in the World Jiu Jitsu championships. Left again this time to Afghanistan and spent the year working and training with SOCOM ODA teams. Came back in July of 2013, received my brown belt from Rickson Gracie black belts Thiago Veiga and Luiz Claudio of LCCT. Shortly after opened up Rocky Mountain Jiu Jitsu, and here we are 3 years later going strong!
