They said in the drive threw that they will be able to get me a hot latte and than after I already paid it they tried to give me a bag of food and after I said that I ordered a latte they said oh sorry are machine is broke! Than they took 5 minutes to give me my refund back.

I ve noticed the food is fresher here than at most Mc Donalds I have ate at in the past, but my problem is when I get off late and they’re suppose to be open 24 hours, a few times they weren’t able to help me, and most of the time the frappé machine is down. and I’ll be craving one like no body’s business… Other than that, nice new location.

So disappointed in this store one of the worst mc Donald’s you can find because they mess up orders and the food isn’t up to par either. It’s to bad because it’s the nearest one from us. I even got real sick from an egg mc muffin. I really didn’t want to give them the star.

These people have screwed up more orders than I can count. Ask for a Sausage McMuffin with extra cheese, they’ll burn the English Muffin and give you a folded piece of scrambled egg –minus the extra cheese. Go there the next day, and they’ll not give you an egg at all. Ask for a meal that includes a Big Mac, they’ll not give it to you. Quarter Pounder? NOPE! No pickles means EXTRA pickles. Three large fries means TWO. Their shake machine is ALWAYS being cleaned. Be ready for a ten minute wait in the drive through, twenty-five minutes if you go inside. The list goes on. We’ve called the franchise owner Tony Boselli about these issues, and left him some detailed complaints. His nimber is listed prominantly on their wiondows.
