Green chile doesn’t win any awards, but really good service and solid food. A slight step above 3 margs,(which is my standard for CO Mexican,) If you need to get your fix on, don’t hesitate. If you want real Mexican fare, maybe go somewhere else.

Once again enjoyed our meal on a Sunday morning. This has became our little piece of Q.T. together to recharge our batteries and spend some alone time together. Our service is always prompt and starting to know our servers and manager. The rewards incentive finally paid off. Tommy fixed the problem with our frequent customer card and surprised us with $ 40 in certificates because he knew it was thier error not ours. I’ve been coming here for years and even went to high school with one of the employees and my parents knew hers. This has became my wife’s favorite mexican restaurant and compares every other place to them. Try everything and you’ll find your favorite! !

I was craving Mexican food after my workout haha. So decided to check this place out. It said celebrating 25 years of business outside the door so I was expecting something excellent. The place looks a little dirty and old, but the décor is pretty cool. We got a lemonade and horchata for drinks. The lemonade was super watered down but horchata was petty good! We ordered the combination platter with chili relleno, cheese enchiladas, and beef burrito. I felt like the the chili they smothered it with wasn’t that great, had better. Everything else on the dish was kinda bland. We also got the smothered tamales and it was a little too dry, taste a little old. My boyfriend got the Tortas(a pork burger) and the meat was absolutely not good at all … The sauce taste really weird. Overall I gave it a three star because everything was just okay.

Went there for lunch last Saturday. Service was efficient and quick. I had the carnitas burrito. The chili was good not overly spicy. My husband had a combo plate and forgot to say no onions the waitress took it back and got him a new plate, no questions asked, even though it was his mistake. We’ll definitely be returning.

Love the breakfast platters here with the scrambled eggs topped with green chile. In the morning the service is always great, food comes out quick. The horchata goes perfect with a spicy breakfast! Always a pleasant experience with very reasonably priced food.

I’m going to work backwards in this review. BAD: The service could not be any worse! Our«waitress» never returned to ask how things were going or to offer refills. Why did she not return… because she was busy talking to her fellow«co-workers» at the table 5-feet from us. They were talking and looking at their cell phones. I ended up having to flag her down to get some service. - Bad service will kill the experience no matter the quality and taste of the food. - GOOD: The food was actually good, just make sure you ask for everything you could possibly need before the waitress leaves.

Their breakfast special is the best hangover cure in Denver. I love that they serve it all day, because it makes a great dinner too. Ive been going here for 20 years. Its yummy.

Great place to grab some good Mexican food in the mornings especially after long weekends. Staff are very friendly, the host can be a little quiet and unsure. The servers are very friendly and always start you off with chips and salsa. The chips can be a little too hard at times. I would say it has a very clean environment. Overall cool place to come to.

Im just going to say not bad! I really liked the enchiladas! Actually some of the best i have tasted! I would go back for them! The restaurant itself is a little dingy! One server in particular stood out, not sure her name but she was friendly and very knowledgable. Good price on the lunch specials!

So gross! I ordered some breakfast burritos and for how much they are and how poorly made, they are not worth the money! The dinners of the same caliber. The renovations are nice, now I hope the food gets some remodeling.

I’ve been going to this place since it opened. The service has really dropped off. I just simply think they don’t care anymore. First, we had our orders come out at different times. So half the table got their food while the other half waited another five minutes. Keep in mind we are only a party of four! Anyway, when my enchiladas finally came they were stone cold in the middle. So I had to wait another 10 minutes to find someone to flag down and ask them to nuke my food longer. The food taste was just meh and the red chili was not rich in flavor. I mean the taco house has a better red sauce. I’m sorry, if I want bad food like this I’d rather go to Casa Bonita! At least there you get entertainment and free sopapillas!

I’m giving four stars for the service. Each time I have been here the staff has been pleasant. The food needs work for sure… it’s not consistent especially the beans and enchilada sauce. I have resorted to only getting breakfast burritos which are pretty good.

Not the best food. Beans tasted canned. The food was not hot, but adequately warm. The restaurant was dirty and in need of a remodel. There was a sewer smell coming from kitchen doors which were wide open. The wait staff seemed to not care about the customers.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. The food is crap. It smells like a toilet and the service is more embarrassing than the gross margarita that I couldn’t even finish but guess what… no one at this place even cares(I tried to talk to someone when I paid)!! I dropped my phone on the floor and I was scared to pick it up because of the filth. We will NEVER go back. I signed up for Unilocal just to leave this review because I am sick to my stomach from the meal and the experience. By the way… the kids meal chicken quesadilla with a side of beans was almost $ 8 because chicken is extra, beans are 2.25 when you can buy a can for .69 at the store and if you want more chips… they charge. There was a kid running around asking every table for money. How perfect. What a dump!

Barely deserves a review. I had a bunch of people recommend this place… Not sure why. Small, not very clean. Wouldn’t waste your time. Had mold on my tomatoes which i asked to be left off my meal in the first place. Didnt even finish our meal.

This place isn’t horrible, but is not the best either. The last time we ate here there was a long hair in my food. I can’t go back after that.

Wow! Waited an hour for our food and it was because the machine didn’t print a ticket? I could make a better excuse after drinking 24 beers.

The staff really need to control Josh. I’m not a mean person and show sensitivity with people with mental disabilities, but the staff showed no control over this young man approaching everyone’s table. The look on some of these people faces made it very uncomfortable to eat.
