Business Owner

Daniel Hicks graduated from Texas Tech in 2007 with a B.A. in Economics, and immediately went to work for Fidelity Investments. After passing the Series 7 exam, he found himself on the front lines of the Recession of 2008. After the dust settled, he was quickly promoted to working with a position where he was working with some of the wealthiest clients in the company.

After a fateful ski trip in 2010, Daniel picked up his life and moved to Colorado in order to pursue an outdoor lifestyle. In 2012, he had the opportunity to join a Currency Trading Desk for one of the largest money transfer companies in the world, Western Union. He found himself on a small team of traders managing the Currency Risk for the company through the North American Timezones.

Although his career was blossoming, he had always dreamed of starting a business. After years of planning, Daniel Hicks made the jump in 2014 from Corporate America into Entrepreneurship.
