The Longmont location isn’t listed for a reason. They’re shady, unprofessional and they are overall dishonest. I’m not even sure if they’re legitimate. I regret ever getting involved with this agency.

They got me a job asap I came in that morning and got a job that same night that I walked in, I explained to them that my pregnant wife was expected to pop any day now before I even got the job. They told me no problem just call us and let us know when. So when she went into labor a week later after starting the job, I called them as soon as it was happening. I called them about 12 hours before my shift started and the agency and the job site supervisor said you can take the next three days off. Then the next day about 8 hours after my daughter was born the manager called me demanding that I leave my wife and brand new newborn in the hospital to come to work or I would be fired. I told the agency manger that I had already spoke with them earlier, And one of the employees from the agency said I can have three days off when I called 12 hour prior to my shift and she said no they never heard of that, there was no sympathy what so ever! This place is a joke full of kids that just were playing around every time I went into the building they were very unprofessional! I’ve worked for several agency’s before and this one is by far the worst!

I have dealt with this agency (Longmont office) twice now. The first time I was sent to an interview only to be given the prospective employers old address. I had to call in to find out what the right address was. I was late to my interview then didn’t get the job. I was job hunting the other day and saw a position that said to come to the Longmont office to apply. I called to find out if I needed to come in since I had been in the office in July. There was no record of my ever being in that office before so I was told to come in and fill it all the paperwork out again. I did then speak with the branch manager. She seemed nice but very disorganized and rushed. I was told that I would need to interview with the manager from the Thornton office one day this week. I didn’t hear anything at all so I sent an email. I got a very blunt and rude response back telling me that they would not be moving forward. No other info at all. I sent another email asking if there was a problem. The response to that was that they just had to many applicants for those positions since both offices were working on them. First of all, they should have let me know what was going on when I was told I would be interviewing. Second, I get people in staffing agencies are busy but you should treat people with respect. How you treat people today will come back to you.

I just moved to the Denver area a few months ago. I have been looking for work in my field while working with other staffing firms. No one came close to the professionalism and honesty like (C.T.S). I worked with (Corinne V.) she contacted me regarding a position that she thought I would be a great fit for and set up an interview for me to come in and discuss things in more detail. The following week I had an interview set up at the company looking for drafting person and was actually surprised about how quickly things progressed.
Long story short, I ended up getting a position at a great company making a lot more then anticipated. She new my field of work and what my skills were and what I was looking for in a job. I wasn’t expecting much at first due to my poor experiences with other staffing agencies always keeping me in the dark and promising me the sky. Corinne was in touch with me every step of the way, everything happened so fast & smooth. No other agency came close to the honesty and professionalism of this place.
I’m very grateful to have worked with Connections training & Staffing. With out them Im not sure where i would be right now.

I have used Connection Staffing many time and I have received great customer service and the employees that they send are top notch. Connections has helped me many times especially y with last minute requests! They have my business and I would not change companies at all!
