First off this app should not even allow a one star for this DISGUSTING place! Front staff is so unprofessional. All the girls look like they rolled out of bed and put on their wrinkled scrubs from the past week. My daughter was seen just for a well eye exam and seen by Dr.Nervick. This woman dont deserve to be called doctor nor does she deserve respect in any shape or form. She is rude, way toooo hyper, smells like moth balls, and cant obiously suspect a disease of the eye. Not a big shocker shes just a optometrist. I knew that from get go that they would just do all the basics. Long story short my daughter now at 17 has glaucoma which was diagnosed by a ophthalmologist when i took her for a seconed opinion just due to the fact how rushed the exam was at bright eyes. dr nervick never mentioned that my daughter had larger optic nerves and thining. the ophthalmologist said viewing the nerves is very easy and that«kayla nervick» should of picked up on that through her dilated exam. That place is a joke and so is Kayla!!! Do not go here! Better off going to wal mart vision center!

Unprofessional front office staff. My family and I have been patients for 5 years and the«ladies» at the front desk were rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help find a simple solution to a simple problem. They lost 5 patients in one day. The front desk has always had a high turn around and that says a lot! A competent office manager and helpful front staff would be a great start if they care about patients at all and want to keep patients coming back.

Not much has changed since Jennifer K’s initial review over 2 years ago. The administration is very rude and lack competence in their job duties. I’ve been billed more than once for the same visit and to I was sent to collections due to an error they made when charging my insurance the first time. Every time I spoke with the front desk, they assured me they were handling the charges correctly. Every time, they were wrong. To top it off, the place was pretty dirty. There are so many optometrists in the area, don’t waste your time giving this place a chance.

Very poor customer service and seemingly very disorganized. I was told my daughter’s glasses would be ready in 10 days. 10 days passed and no glasses. so then I figure they meant 10 business days. 10 business days pass and no glasses. I call them and they tell me the glasses will be ready in two day. I call them after two days have passed and am told they will be ready in 3 more days. I call in three more days and am told they will be ready in two more days. I ask the girl what is going on and she says that they keep making the lenses wrong. I ask her for some kind of discount and she tells me that she will make a note on the account and will ask her manager. I finally go to pick up the glasses(of course I have to call to find out that they’re ready.) When I get there I’m told they’re not ready and I have to tell THEM to go check with the lab. I get my glasses and I ask about the discount and am essentially told to go screw myself. I’ll never go back. I wish i had read the other review before I went.

This is not somewhere they have any kind of customer service. They are very rude; the«ladies» at the front desk have an attitude that resembles one that works in a prison. You ask a question and they act like you are bothering them. They’ve got personalities like a box of rocks Then they make you wait over a half hour for your appointment but if your more than ten minutes late they will reschedule you for two weeks later.(and they do not care how it inconveniences you one bit) Very poor professionalism! If it wasn’t for the Doctor who is actually pretty nice I’d go elsewhere. They will be okay though it’s pretty clear they cater to the Medicaid community, and if you close your eyes you may feel like your having a culture experience and mistake yourself for being in a Walmart…
