Went in for new phone sat 9−3−15. Door was opened for me. Cris did a great job helping me pick out phone and accessories in just a few minutes. Very pleasant experience.

Poor Customer service. no problems with the phone. Asked for a screen protector was shown one brand and sold another does not cover correctly, was told that they would replace it no charge when new ones came it. Went back to get it replaced and they were rude said that’s the way it fits not going to replace it. The sad thing is the account I have is an Employee Account. If that is the way Employee accounts are treated the general public doesn’t have a chance. I would Not Recommend this store to anyone

There are some negative reviews about this store and certainly as it is in a walking mall it gets busy and there can be a wait! However, I have had many very pleasant experiences here and my interactions with the staff have been great. They are knowledgable and have helped me get better deals on my account. Even helping me get money back.

This store is worthless. Completely worthless. I will NEVER again order a phone directly from AT&T, and if I have no other choice, I’ll switch carriers. First, they had to charge me a restocking fee for returning an iPhone, something that Apple does NOT do. They refused to waive the fee, and the guy simply didn’t care when I told him that if he didn’t waive the fee I’d make my way over to t-mobile and switch services after being a customer for the last decade. They simply do not give a crap about customers there. They love it when you come in, buy a phone, and have them help you get it all set up, because they are paid on commission. Customer service is not something they give a crap about. Thankfully, AT&T customer service took care of the problem and refunded the $ 35 restocking fee. I love AT&T, but every time I have to deal with their customer service, it makes me want to punch someone.

This place sucks, the wait was way too long(more than 30 min) just so they could tell me that there was going to be more added to my monthly bill, just for trying to buy a new phone. The people that work here are never really friendly either or helpful. You’re better off buying online or calling customer service.
