My primary goal is to help small and medium-​sized technology, (and non– technology), companies manage their marketing and documentation needs. While I am first and foremost a technical writer, specializing in computer software, I also write marketing related copy such as white papers, blogs, and Web content. Because of my varied background, clients come to me for executive résumés, business plans, process documentation, RFPs, grants, social media strategy, and more. Established in 2011.

After more than two decades in writing documentation for the software industry, I decided to open my own company. I knew that there are lone engineers who are coding the next great application. They may not have the resources to hire a team of marketers and documentation specialists. That’s where I come in. I help engineers tell the story of their products and their services to clients.

I was born in Brazil but raised speaking the King’s English. I grew up knowing that I would be a writer one day. I became a technical writer because I love the challenge of technology and the need for critical thinking. I have a creative side that makes writing marketing-​related copy a breeze. In the past, I’ve worked for Eli Lilly, Ingersoll-​Rand, 3M Health Information Systems, Coventry First Health, Citrix Systems, and Pentaho.
