Great coaches and equipment. Costs a little more than your average gym but you have built in coaches and programming, and you can do your own thing before or after class. Great for all fitness levels. It does get hot in the summer but as long as you’re not a big baby you’ll be fine. Sweating is good for you.

Not worth it!!! You’re honestly better off going to a GYM, there is nothing this place can do for you that a gym can’t. I was never a member but I went in just to check it out and I was so disappointed. The Groupon deal is ok but after that, it’s like 70 bucks a month for TWO days a week. It was HOT AF, they don’t have air conditioners they don’t have ANYTHING. They have a couple of machines and a bunch of free weights, NOTHING you can’t get at a gym. Please don’t waste your money
