I don’t know how this place went below my radar for so long! Fiesta grill is certainly nothing fancy. It is located inside a Louisiana staple, the truckstop casino. Once you get past that little fact, given you didn’t lose all of you cash in video poker, you can enjoy some authentic Mexican or TexMex cuisine. They handle both varieties surprisingly well.
At first glance, it appeared very busy for a Thibodaux dining establishment diring lunchtime… wait a second, do these people know they aren’t in Chili’s?
I judge most Mexican Restaurants/​Taquerias by the quality of their green salsa and tacos carbon with soft corn tortias. Here it is a solid option. For those of you who rather TexMex, fajitas are done quite well too. This place doesnt disappoint.
