This is a super nice Giant Bicycles ‘concept store’ that’s new and fresh and they’ve crammed a lot of product into a very small space. Not sure if it’s the right location as there is no place to safely test ride bicycles.
I’ve gone in a few times mostly to just look around at all the new stuff (I’ve got a lot of experience and a slight addiction in bicycles) and never been greeted with a hello or a smile. It’s always more of a awkward «I just interrupted their conversation situation». Their customer service need some serious adjusting.
Hopefully this bike shop sticks around, but if you ask me their future looks very bleak.
