Fix Auto The Dalles

I got in an accident and ended up doing some serious body damage to one side of my car. Geico recommend that I used Fix Auto in the Dalles and I couldn’t be happier with their work! I don’t even normally write reviews, but I was so happy with how everything turned out that I had to share. Not only is the repair job spot on, but they even buffed out scratches and made my car look like brand new. They were very clear about the timeline, and the estimated costs were right on. Super simple to deal with them and my insurance company. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone looking to get some work done! Hopefully I never have to go back, but if something does happen down the road I will be sure to go here again.

We sent our Chevy Pick up there it was suppose to take about 20 days to fix it ended up taking almost two months to fix. It wasn’t that it took longer that mad us so upset it was at the end when they tried to tell us they told us before they started working on our truck that they didn’t fix lifted trucks, if we would have known that we would have went somewhere else, after them having it for over 20days we told them they could take it to a place that fixes that since they didn’t tell us that in the beginning. Then we got it back after them having it for almost two months and it still wasn’t fixed right, so they came and got it and before going up to pick it up they called at 3pm to say they forgot to take our deductible out (no big deal) so before we could get it we needed to bring 500.00 CASH because they didn’t TRUST our check ! Because they thought we would cancel payment, because when they called my husband for a review he was honest with them and said we were not happy. I have never had such horrible customer service. They might do good body work, but the customer service is horrible I would encourage people to go some place else.

Fix auto went above and beyond to fix my car when I was stranded in The Dalles. I drive a volkswagen and there was nowhere to get parts except for in Portland. The amazing workers at Fix Auto drove to and from Portland that same day to get the parts. In addition, it was a Friday and they stayed after 5 o’clock to make sure that we could get back on the road. If it wasn’t for Fix Auto, it would have taken us five days to get out of The Dalles and back home. THANK YOU FIX IT AUTO! The most amazing auto repair shop I have ever visited.
