We had a rodent problem for longer than I ever wanted before accepted the fact that we had a situation that we couldn’t fix. I called on Sunday expecting to get an answering service. Eber answered and said he could be here first thing in the morning on Monday which he was. By noon that day, they had the repairs needed completed and within 48 hours both rats were dead and out of our hair. This company provides a reliable service at a fair price and I recommend them.

These guys did a great job. Very good experience. Easy to work with. Problem solved. Eber and his crew are on time, efficient and honest. There are critters in my attic. They trapped them, fixed holes and repainted covers. They even found a hole behind the garage which is not easy to be found and took care of it.

I was shopping around for rat control for a while, and Eber was the only one with reasonable price and simple explanation of the service what they gonna to provide. He took care of the rats in two our properties and I highly recommend his crew!!!

I had a appt scheduled for 12 pm and Eber showed up 15 mins early to treat my apt for bed bugs. He did a full inspection at a very reasonable price with a included 90 day warranty. After coming back home after the job was completee you could actually see evidence of a complete job unlike another services I’ve used in the past. And for the same price as other services he treated the whole apt instead of just one room. I wasn’t even aware of the severity of the situation and infestation that I had but now i feel more comfortable and satisfied than ever before. Even after business hrs I was able to get information and answers to all my questions regarding service. Great company. They sprayed for bugs, Mosquitos and other pests around house. Went in attic to check out things. Set traps up there and filled in a hole where he thinks whatever critter was coming in! He is going to do our quarterly pest control from now on! Great guy. Owner came out to give me bid the same day I called even though he was slammed!

What a fantastic service! I hate critters, pests, and the likes but it seems like there is a passion like no other from Eber. He loves this stuff! That is what you want from your pest control team. I was able to get a service booked rather quickly and with no hassle.
The team he sent out took care of my concerns, addressed some gaps in the house, and sprayed accordingly. I love the no hassle no headache approach. He tells you the costs, he comes out and does the job, you pay accordingly, he stands behind his work! What more could you ask for?

Excellent service. We had squirrels in the attic. Eber and his coworker located the entry points, sealed them up and trapped the squirrel so it could be relocated. They were both very professional and knowledgable. He even picked up the trapped squirrel on a Sunday. I would highly recommend this company.

We were able to schedule an appointment same day. Eber is professional, polite and easy to work with. He solved our concern and be very honest regarding what needs to be done and what does not. We will recommend the business to our friends.

We called because our bathroom was infested with ants. We put out some traps but still wanted to have a professional exterminator come out and give us an opinion. These folks gave us a free consultation and were honest enough to tell us that the traps we were already using would very likely do the trick.
We also had Orkin come out and look. They gave us a fee quote of $ 750.
After a week, we are ant free and are not out $ 750. It’s nice to know that there are people out there running honest businesses. If you have a bug problem, call these people!

Eber is one of the nicest and most professional exterminators I have had the pleasure to meet. He was clean, efficient, and courteous. He even had shoe covers! Eber arrived exactly on time and was done in about 35 min after treating the whole house including the garage and patio. He also did a couple things that most places don’t do: 1) he mentioned that the place needed quarterly treatments for full extermination only after I asked about it meaning he didn’t want to force future appointments 2) reduced the price based on house size 3) gave tips on how to buy some of the poison he used. Highly recommended and definitely will be called upon in the future. I think it’s also worth mentioning the number 1 pest control service on Unilocal was ignoring calls, but Eber picked up and was here early the next day.

We have some roof rats that decided to move in to our attic. I sent Eber a message on his website explaining the problem (after business hours) and he called me first thing the next morning. Eber arrived on time that same day, did a full inspection of my roof and attic for problem areas and gave me an extremely reasonable quote for all the work he was going to have to do.
I went ahead and approved his quote and he immediately got to work. No «I’ll call you in a few days to schedule you» or anything like that! Eber sealed off the critical entry points, got traps laid in the attic and let me know he will be back in a few days to remove the traps, sanitize and clean the attic and finish the job.
The reviews on here do not lie. Eber is a great guy, extremely honest and friendly, and really just wants to make sure you are taken care of. Highly highly recommend. If any other critters decide to sneak in to my attic, I will not hesitate to call Eber.

Eber is a great guy and committed to his work. He came to our house several times without charging additional fees to help us with a squirrel problem. He is very honest and I would certainly recommend him.

i had my gutters and roof replaced and have been plagued with rats for a long time. I used numerous pest control services to no avail. X pert Pest Control discovered the gutters did not cover the areas properly permitting attic rat entry. Eber and Fidencio sealed the areas. Manuel and company pulled the insulation out by hand and installed
new insulation. It was done quickly and efficiently. I haven’t seen another rat thank
goodness!

Eber has a reasonable price, and is very professional. He came when he promise to do it despite the short notice. We hired him because of some rodents problems in our attic but now will hire him for our regular pest control.

Eber is the guy to call when you want a problem taken care of. Very affordable and came the same day I called him. Highly recommend!!!
It helps that he’s also highly personable and nothing like those big chain shops that want you to sign a 1 year agreement just to kill stuff. He is just happy to help and even followed up the next week for no extra charges.

I called Eber today and he said he could by at 3pm and wow he was here on the dot! I think I had some citter situation going on in my roof and he determined rats. He was able to add traps today and Will come back once the weather gets a little bit better to fix the holes so the rats keep out. His pricing is awesome too because I got quoted almost 50−75% more than what he’s charging! what he is charging seems more reasonable for the situation because I had a friend who paid the same amount with the same situation!

I had a huge rat in my garage! I am reluctant to post a picture, but trust me it was huge. I called a couple of places that literally quoted me over $ 1000 for removal of an infestation. Eber came out the same day I called him. He went above and beyond and he is so honestA less reputable company could have told me my attic was infested and I wouldn’t have known any different. I am sure one of the other companies I called was ready to do just that. I was pretty panicked about the rat, that appeared to be the size of an opossum. He covered up the possible entry points and took care of a birds nest in my vent, including decontaminating the area. No more mice, no more rats! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!! I am recommending him to my neighbors as I just found out that new construction is driving pests into our neighborhood.

Eber was fast and efficient! Came an hour after I called and gave me a free inspection. I was worried about bed bugs and he assured me everything was clean.
A+ for not taking me to the cleaners as I would have believed I had them.

If you’ve ever had bedbugs, or know someone who has, you know how overwhelming it seems. That’s where I was a few weeks ago when I called my landlord to let him know and enlist his help finding an exterminator to come do an inspection. The next day Eber, at Xpert Pest Solutions, called and arranged to come inspect the place.
I followed him throughout the inspection and asked him tons of questions. He was very thorough and showed me what he was looking for.
At the end of the inspection there was sparse evidence of bedbugs, aside from our bites. He said a spot treatment of the mattresses would kill any creepy crawlies and prevent any more from moving in. He came back to treat the apartment and we haven’t been bitten since.
I was very impressed with Eber. He was friendly and kind and even though he could have offered unnecessary services, he actually seemed sorry to have to charge me. All in all, I spent $ 129 to treat the mattresses, loveseat, a chair and the floorboards. I highly recommend Xpert Pest Solutions if you’re dealing with a potential bedbug issue.
