The Doggie Oasis

The store is pretty small but they have different toys, leashes and treats for your pet and the staff was very friendly/​helpful!

My dog’s second home! I take both of my dogs here on a regular basis. My two pit mixes can be very hyper and hard to handle, they just love to play, and these guys understand this! I have no doubt in my mind that every time I bring my babies in for the day that they will be well taken care of and loved as if they were at home. The owners of this establishment are dear to my heart as regulars of my place of work and I’m so happy to have them be so amazing to my family and my pups!
I highly recommend this establishment for doggie daycare and grooming! You will never find a more friendly and honest staff; you should trust in them for all of your dog care needs.

I got my dog groomed here a few weeks ago and they did a great job, I will definitely be returning. I asked for a bear cut and when I got him back they did exactly that. My dog looked awesome and they cut enough off so I don’t have to go back every few weeks. They even put a cute little bow on him with leaves for the fall season! Was impressed with the service and they actually had him ready before the time they had told me to pick him up. They were even able to call my vet to prove he had all of his shots and everything so I didn’t have to do any additional work of calling the vet or faxing his paperwork. Very convenient.

Living at Austin Ranch, this place is very convenient when our pet is in need for some upkeeps and pampering. Always had great service coming here. Everyone is very friendly and they take great care of the animals. Highly recommend coming here!

The people at doggie oasis are always so nice. They care about my dog. They have never accidentally nicked her when shaving her. And if they aren’t sure they understand what kind of cut I want, they ask questions until they do know. They can groom your dog for you, or you can give your dog a bath on your own. They also have a doggie daycare. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone who has a dog.

We’ve taken our puppy to the Doggie Oasis for puppy daycare and bath/​grooming since October of 2014. We have had absolutely no problems at all. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. Their baths and grooming have always exceeded expectation. I truly feel like they care about my dog when I take him up there and I haven’t experienced that anywhere else. There have been times where I’ve arrived a little early to see the staff playing with the dogs and genuinely having a good time taking care of the group of pups. I highly recommend this place and could not be happier about the service they provide. I don’t feel like a number, just another customer, but more of a member of the Doggie Oasis family every time my pup and I arrive.

Do not take your dog here. Last time I took my puppy here, they wanted to charge me 45 bucks for feet and face. This place is way over priced. My pup looked the same when I went to pick him up. I told the manager of my concern and they did not seem to care about what I had to say, or the concerns of my puppy.

This concept rocks my world. The people who run The Doggie Oasis are such a pleasure to talk to and genuinely seem to have a positive attitude each time I see them. My apartment is above The Doggie Oasis, so I try to utilize their services as much as possible. I’ve only used their Dog Daycare half day service and I would recommend The Doggie Oasis for anyone. Their pet wash service is awesome too!

I was taking my dog here, very close to my home and a very nice staff. Sadly, when I picked her up her neck was bitten and swollen. I immediately took and pic and returned to show the owner and he was very dismissive of the damages to my PUPPY, mentally and physically. She is/​was very well socialized. I am anxious about what affects this will have on her. These people have shown clearly they do not know how to handle dogs. If they get lucky and have nothing but perfect dogs you will be ok, but then again, a bit more expertise is required than that. Do not leave your puppy here! No telling what he/​she will learn!

We have been to the Doggie Oasis twice to have our terrier mix groomed. He is a bit of a nervous boy but he seems calm and settled both when we drop him off for his groom and when we pick him up.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and puts our dog at ease.
The prices are also reasonable when comparing to Pet Love mobile grooming or Petsmart.
The services are completely quickly, limiting our dog from having to wait too long. Also, as soon as the service is over, Doggie Oasis will call you so you can come pick your doggy up — again limiting the waiting!
We love the Doggie Oasis! Our pup smells so good after his bath and haircut!

This is such a great addition to Austin Ranch. Although we don’t live in Austin Ranch, we do live nearby and I can’t express how happy I am that we stumbled across this place!
So, once again, I wait until the last minute to schedule a groom for Hemingway. (This is a character flaw I’ve been working on) You see, when Hemingway goes to day care, he loves to get wet and lay around in the pools when he’s outside. It’s hot! Who could blame him? He’s a husky! But because of his two coats — he can get a little stinky. Fast forward a couple of months of him marinating in kiddie pools, and you have yourself one stank husky.
I emailed The Doggie Oasis desperate for an appointment. I got a response right away despite emailing after hours. I was so pleased that they were able to fit me in a couple of days later.
I dropped Hemingway off at 7:00 a.m. and I was a little anxious about how much this was going to cost. Normally, I pay a pretty penny since he’s a big dog and requires a lot of work — so high maintenance. After speaking to the woman at the front desk, I was pleasantly surprised. The cost was so much less than other places so I decided to just have him day care there for the day and then get groomed when he was nice and tired.
Eight hours later… I picked up a beautiful, clean, thinner (!), Hemingway. He’s was new man! I can’t express how pleased I was/​am with the service received and the way I was treated. The staff is top notch and the facility is very clean.
I wish I would’ve thought to take a picture of Hemingway fresh from the groomer because he looked so cute in his little handkerchief. It’s definitely a place on my list for Mr. Ways.

The Doggie Oasis has a wonderful caring staff. They go above and beyond to take extra special care of each dog who comes through their front door. You can bath the dogs yourself or get Bailey their groomer to do all the hard work for you.
