Open Up Garage Doors

These people have been so pleasant, professional, prompt, and honest. I called last Thursday afternoon to see when they could send someone out. They told me they would have someone out the NEXT morning between 9 & 10. He (Bill) showed up at 8:55. I had even requested that they ask him to call when he was on his way to give me a heads up to which he did. He had to order a part so when another technician (Brad) came out to install the part they remembered and called ahead of time again. Also they had said they could be here around 9 to install the part; he came at 8:10! Bill nor Brad tried to hassle me to buy a bunch of extra unnecessary stuff. The customer service was exceptional. I can’t remember the last time I had such a pleasant experience start to finish with a company. I wish more businesses would follow their lead. I hope I don’t need to call them again for awhile but if I have any other garage door issues I will definitely be calling them and would recommend them to everyone!
