Holy cow. I’ve never even used this business, but what I saw happen today would make me NEVER USE THEM.
I was driving through a neighborhood in The Colony. Myself and a car in front of me stopped at a stop sign. From behind me, a truck with the Clear Metro Pool Service sign in its back window and cleaning supplies in its bed whipped around both of us and ran the stop sign. Keep in mind this is a neighborhood full of young children.
I watched the truck as he drove down Main Street, and he was weaving at times.
Seriously?
I called the company and reported the driving to the lady at the front desk, but she seemed at a complete loss as to what to do.
We have a pool, and my husband and I have often talked about having a company clean it for us to relieve us of the daily maintenance. After seeing the complete lack of disregard this employee showed for basic safety, there’s no way I would ever hire this company to do any work around my home.
